The staff does not want to work, most do not even understand English, the waiters are generally purple, they will go somewhere about their business and go look for them yourself, they have not been doing cleaning for the third day, the cleaners simply do not reach me. They tried to make a nice beautiful renovation in the room, but some of the cabinets are not functional. In principle, there was no closet for furniture, there was not even an outlet for a kettle, I had to heat it right above the TV, which surprised me, there was not even a chair and a phone, that is, neither to sit nor to call the reception. The reception itself has recruited young guys who do not know how to do much and do not know, so all the processes are delayed. In short, it's a stretch to say that it's 3 stars. A very careless approach to business.
