We express our gratitude to the guest house "Svetlana" for the pleasant, friendly atmosphere of rest, courtesy and hospitality.
Everything is very clean, cozy and tasteful.
Note that there is Wi-Fi with excellent speed, air conditioning, TV, refrigerator and, most importantly, Parking. There is also a shared kitchen with a gas stove, microwave, refrigerators, a variety of dishes - if you want to cook for yourself on your own.
There is also a Persimmon Garden dining room nearby. The prices are low and the menu is excellent. Something from home cooking, something from the local national cuisine.
It's nice when people treat their business with dedication and responsibility.
I would like to hope that we will be able to visit Abkhazia more than once, having rested in the guest house "Svetlana". We can confidently recommend this location to future vacationers.
Hello dear vacationers of Abkhazia. I would like to leave my feedback and warn you. 2 months before the holiday , we found an advertisement about this place " at Svetlana 's . " We have reviewed the reviews - and nothing seems to have alerted us . We called , agreed , and made an advance payment . They sent us photos of the rooms. Everything was fine. We contacted before leaving home . But upon arrival, the rooms turned out to be completely different from those in the photo. The size of the rooms is scanty - I don 't find fault , just walk sideways . There are no televisions , although they indicated their presence . The condition is terrible - stripped wallpaper , beds . In general, everything is not as in the photo . The mood is ruined . The hostess (Svetlana) says that she will return the deposit if we find something else. After 12 hours at the wheel, I go to look for the village. Of course, the search in fact is also a higher price. But I found it and we settled in. Yes, we also booked two rooms next to each other ( we were traveling with children ) and upon arrival, Svetlana shows the rooms on different floors. Well , in general , I'm coming back , I say that we won 't stay - she replied - I won 't refund the deposit , I provided you with rooms . I beat out half of the deposit with a fight ( fatigue affected ) . I do not recommend a vacation with Svetlana.
