Incredibly beautiful territory, nature, neat and clean rooms with everything you need, bicycles, a sauna, a cozy gazebo with a barbecue, the opportunity to come with your beloved pet — everything you need for a great holiday and at a pleasant price! Why is this not the first time we have returned here) Firstly, the warm attitude and hospitality of the hosts Victor and Olga does not leave you indifferent and attracts you to come back again and again, almost like to your Home, it's worth a lot! Secondly, the estate is constantly expanding, improving, it is clear that the soul is invested in everything, Cleanliness and order are everywhere, which is very pleasing to the eye) Thirdly, it is very rare to find such a balance as here - appropriate care, 24/7 service and at the same time freedom in actions, a feeling of rest for 100%! And fourthly, the location for those who like to travel is just perfect, nearby: the Yelnya nature reserve, Braslav Lakes, Osveysky Nature reserve and Krasny Bor, you can also visit the unique smallest city in Belarus Disna and make a ferry crossing by car! Whichever way you go, there are a lot of interesting things everywhere. Mosar, which is worthy of visiting, is also highly recommended to see, it is not very far from the estate. Also, a very pleasant bonus is the opportunity to take bicycles and ride around the surroundings of Verkhnedvinsk, Uzmen, visit the 400-year-old oak tree and see spectacular views of the Western Dvina River, at any time of the year. The price -quality correspondence cannot but please) although, in my opinion, the quality here is much higher! )))

Great estate! We stayed overnight during a trip to the Vitebsk region with a group of 8 people. The sauna is top notch, there are a lot of places to spend the night, there is a kitchen with everything you need, more than an adequate price. And most importantly, very hospitable hosts. If we're still in those parts, we'll definitely come back for a rest.

The place is just super - very quiet, warm and cozy. A real little village house, there is a kitchen, Parking, Internet and generally everything that a traveler needs after a long journey. The hosts are very nice :)

Despite the lateness of the time, they waited for me, settled me and arranged for me. The rooms are pleasant, the rooms have everything you need, there is a shower, a microwave, a kettle, a refrigerator, a separate shared kitchen.

We stayed late and got tired at the border. Of the nearest accommodation options, they answered only here. And, I tell you, we were pleasantly surprised! A great place, neat and well-maintained accommodation, clean and fresh bed.
In the morning we considered the potential: you can have a great time, even with a huge company, even with your family! I read the description and looked at the photos on the site after I left. That's the way it is. And the river, and the sauna, and gazebos, and a barbecue, and a spacious kitchen.
The owner is a craftsman. Good luck to him!

A small but cozy house. Beautiful territory. There is a barbecue area. There is a large family swing near the barbecue. In the immediate vicinity there is a river where you can swim or fish. There is a store and several playgrounds very close by. We were satisfied with the rest.

Were in July 2023. We arrived at night, the owners are well done, they left everything for us to check in (light, so that we could find the room and keys, as well as Welcome cucumbers from their greenhouse, cookies, tea - nice again =) Everything is simple here, do not expect stars, but clean and for an adequate fee. There is a refrigerator, cutlery, the telecom has not been sorted out. Shower, toilet in the room. Near the bridge over the Z.Dvina, you can take a walk.

The best place in this city! We arrived late at night, only Petrovich picked up the phone and sat us down right away! We visited my grandmother's village. Everything is clean, tidy, everything is there and there is no smell, good linen, territory, gazebo, sauna. I advise you not to waste time searching, because they won't pick up the phone in Yablonevka, and there are no places in Nick and there is a terrible smell of sewage and furniture, linen!
