We have repeatedly eaten at this cafe, as it is located on the beach of our hotel (skyterra). The food is generally good. Delicious chicken chops, cheesecakes, soups, pancakes, grilled vegetables, khachapuri. Quite edible dumplings. The meat patties are very peppery and taste bad, and there have never been any chicken cutlets available. Caesar is generally a kind of shame: there are no crackers, lettuce is not Romano or even iceberg, tomatoes are not cherry, but large tasteless, the sauce is something thin and mayonnaise-like at the bottom of the salad bowl, which does not combine with the rest of the ingredients. My daughter often orders caesar in a cafe, and now we have such a joke in any new place, "as long as it's not like in Abkhazia."
The view is beautiful, but the constant smoke from the grill, flying directly at the visitors, makes the stay not so comfortable. And then all the clothes are in the wash.
But the most striking thing is the staff. As I understand it, this is a family cafe. And the relationship there is so-so. The granny mistress is always chasing whiter young workers. And they really don't want to work. A woman taking orders and serving tables - with an eternal expression of all the sorrow of Abkhazia on her face. No smile, no communication with the customers, no normal description of the dishes in response to questions. As if the customers are to blame for the failure of life.
In general, you can eat, you won't get poisoned, but you won't get any pleasure from staying there either.
The Wi-Fi is good, by the way.

We were in Abkhazia for the first time. We brought a transfer from the hotel to this cafe...
a great cafe. Everything is always FRESH and SOOO DELICIOUS.... They cook quickly, the food is great...

The cafe is decent: calm, quiet, and most importantly, they cook very tasty! Pork kebab with very tender meat (200 g- 400 r) juicy and not greasy, bread- pita bread- looked like buns, of its own production, brought hot and very tasty. The staff is very attentive and welcoming (for the child, they asked for vegetables on the grill - mostly pepper (the daughter does not eat the rest)- so they put it in more, I really liked it) It's not hot in the cafe during the day, the sea breeze blows well)) At prices it is quite acceptable, not expensive (French fries 200g- 150 r)

Everything is great. The main thing is that there are few people. The sea is clean and warm. The locals are friendly and friendly. We were lucky with the weather, we spent whole days swimming and relaxing in nature.

Super cafe! We went several times. Everything is delicious and fast. There are places on the street under a palm tree, in a gazebo, under a canopy and in a building. The kebab is the most delicate, the boat was slightly overexposed, but it is also good, the national dishes are on the level. Homemade wine for an amateur, I did not like it, but many drank with pitchers. Friendly waiters (which is not often found in Abkhazia, usually the service suffers). We recommend you to visit. There are a lot of people in the evening. Pleasant music is playing, and not a chanson, as in many establishments. We found a cafe based on reviews and did not make a mistake with the choice)

In fact, it is a very small and modest cafe, but very pleasant people to serve, very tasty dishes (for every taste and purse), there is Wi-Fi, you can pay by bank transfer (which is rare for Abkhazia). We will miss having delicious dinners by the sea!

My favorite cafe for 3 years in a row. We eat and are always happy. It's nice that they already find out, although you come 1 time a year. One family works in the cafe! Therefore, delicious homemade food. Healthy homemade breakfast: scrambled eggs, bread or porridge. Very tasty oriental coffee. Excellent chicken kebab. Excellent kebab lula and chicken and beef. Meat in Abkhazian is very tasty, like other traditional dishes! Good vegetables in salads! Delicious fish is cooked, lamb is a super snack! Decent khachapur with cheese and smoked meat! There are always cold drinks, lemonades, beer, wine. In general, when we want to eat tasty and safe, coming to Athos we go to a cafe by the sea. I will be glad if there are curtains in the openings for beauty and from the heat of the day, and it will also be great to put tables in the shade of trees with an accompaniment of cicadas. The staff is not talkative. The food is really delicious. It's affordable, but let's say a huge portion of rice, and the cradles (which are cooked on an open fire with you) are small. The view is certainly beautiful, but the service and interior leave much to be desired.
Minus for the interior and the size of the meat portions. We went once, we won't go again.

The most delicious barbecue in New Athos, very tasty national cuisine, self-baked bread with a price - quality of more than five stars, friendly staff, delicious wine and coffee on the sand. A clean and cozy place. The lack of a bathroom in the cafe itself (only 35 meters away) blocks the stunning view of the sea. I wish the owners development and prosperity.

It was the only place where they ate for a week during their stay in Athos. A family cafe with several tables. It has been in existence for 15 years. Everything from the menu is delicious. And Lula, and hinkal, and at home. Khachapuri and the boat are delicious. Everything is fresh. Vegetables are expensive. Friendly staff. A great veranda overlooking the sea is the first line. Minimum margin for Sukhumi beer, factory bottled wine. There is chacha, cognac, homemade wine. We recommend you to visit!

This is the best place on the whole coast! Friendly girls. Delicious menu. I was hooked by the information desk that there is a bully here. There's only trout everywhere.But she wants something else.You'll just lick your fingers. The thinnest pizza dough and lots of toppings. A frying pan with meat-you can lick your fingers. We decided to have a farewell dinner in this cafe on the eve of departure home. It would have been better if they hadn't come. Disappointment!!! We were alone in the cafe, and a little later another couple came. When ordering, I asked for a good one to be served at the same time. To which I received a positive response. The trout baked with cheese and mushrooms was delicious, of course, but the barbecue was brought to my husband about 20 minutes later ((the brazier walked past us to his workplace with such an indifferent face. Gentlemen, if you don't want to work, then don't work at all. Customer orientation is completely absent!!! How is it? It's your money!!!

We went there because of the reviews and home cooking. Well, that's too bad. We took vegetable salad, chicken and pork kebabs. The size of the portions was simply amazing) the salad for 250 rubles was brought on a saucer, followed by kebabs on the same saucers. Shish kebab - it was the saltiest shish kebab that I ate in my life, when paying the bill, it was said about it, in response to silence. I don't know where this rating comes from...
