Good afternoon!! We rested at Karina and Tigran's 3 times, a very wonderful place, always clean and cozy, the yard is green, 5 minutes walk to the sea along a green alley. Beautiful nature and clear sea, there are not so many people on the beach as on other beaches in our south, which is very pleasing. There is a summer kitchen, so you can cook something yourself to your taste, or eat in the dining room or cafe. The hosts are friendly, they will always tell you everything and orient you, there is a transfer to the airport and the railway station. Children and adults were very satisfied, I hope we will come again and more than once. Thank you 🙏 🌴🔥❤️🤗

We rested at the guest house of Karina and her son Tigran. An unforgettable experience!
Karina is a very pleasant, attentive, open-minded woman. Tigran is courteous, sociable and very responsive.
The room is very clean, has everything you need for a comfortable stay. A beautiful courtyard, a comfortable kitchen, everything is as in the photo.
The atmosphere in the house is so family-like that I didn't want to leave at all!
We will definitely come next year!❤

This is a great place. Wonderful location, amazingly hospitable hostess Karina and Tigran. Rooms with all amenities, territory.....everything for a comfortable stay.
