Before ordering, I asked how long it would take to wait for the order. They said 10-12 minutes. As a result, I waited 25 minutes and got a cold shawarma. But I must admit that it was immediately changed to another one, which is slightly more expensive (I'll give you two stars for this). And now about the shawarma itself. The meat is good and it's enough, the vegetables are fine too, but....the classic sauce has a ton of garlic and a little bit of sauce. You won't be able to talk to anyone for VERY LONG. In the Armenian version, which I changed to, everything is the same with the sauce and a bonus, plus a very strong onion. In short, they taste like a lover of swallowing and then spewing fire and garlic ambergris.

We ordered two shawarma dishes: cheese and barbecue. The cashier reported a waiting time of 15 minutes (not only to us), in fact, they waited all 40+ minutes. People have repeatedly approached to find out when it will be ready. The selected shawarma comes with chicken, we were told that it was over and the new one was not ready yet, the cashier offered to replace it with pork. Okay. And it was terrible, so much fat and streaks, I just spat out half of it. During these 40 minutes of waiting, it would be better to wait for the chicken. And CILANTRO!!!! It's just a nightmare, vigorous greens at the level of arugula! How can it be added and not specified in the composition? Spoils the WHOLE taste!!((((( one disappointment, for 29 rubles you can eat without bacon and cilantro, much more pleasant. We've been here for the first time, and we didn't like it..

Good evening, we took two Armenian shawarma on 07.04 at 18:30, one big and the other small . At first we were told that there was no more beef , but a second later the opposite was true . The staff are very kind and funny, and everyone is very pleased. The shawarma also tasted delicious and juicy, and at times it was impossible to figure out the beef, but overall it was very tasty. This is the best shawarma I've ever eaten, it's hard to even call it a shawarma, it's a restaurant dish, because there's no such familiar, smelly and annoying meat that comes off after a couple of bites. The meat in this shawarma is really grilled over coals, and therefore it has its own smell of coals. It contains fresh vegetables, lots of delicious sauce, and what I really liked was the parsley.
Therefore, if this point closes, I will stop buying shawarma.

Today we visited Rook for the first time, we were led by a lot of positive reviews and well-received tips…
As a result, we were left in maximum frustration from the shawarma, there were a lot of shortcomings.:
1. We waited 25 minutes instead of the promised 15 minutes, but it's still bearable
2. The composition of the shawarma does not correspond to what is written (in the mushroom shawarma it was indicated that there was a fresh cucumber, but there was a salty one!!!), by the way, I had to throw out half of the shawarma, since I hate salty cucumbers, I specially took mushroom because of the cucumber
3. There was so little chicken in both shawas that they actually ate cabbage, mushrooms and sauce, and didn't even feel the meat.
I don't recommend it at all, considering the cost and "quality".

The first thing that drew attention was the people standing and waiting, and if there are people, it means for sure it's delicious. I took the shawarma with pork, I liked it on the whole. But next time it's better to have fewer onions or no onions at all, the onion was overpowering the whole taste. I'll try the rest and choose which one tastes better!

I thought the 5.0 score was too high. I tried the "cream cheese" shawarma, guys, this is the top. I've never tasted better shawarma in Minsk. They put so much cream cheese that I couldn't finish the shawarma 400 grams to the end. The lavash was not soaked, nor was there much of it. I made an order by phone at 14.51, they said 20 minutes. At 3:12 p.m., I came to pay and pick up the order, and they asked me to wait another 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, the order was not returned because they forgot about one of the dishes. Shawarma: on 6 out of 10, I think that cilantro is an amateur herb, you should not add it to every shawarma, especially since it is not listed in the composition. The sauce is on top and bottom, the middle is dry and tasteless.
Service: when ordering a booth, there is no ready-made chicken, they offer to either wait or take pork. There is no numbering of orders, they just shout the name.
In general, in my opinion, the institution is overrated.
