There was no car, I waited for them for 40 minutes, spat and left without changing my shoes. What were they doing? God only knows. To the question: when will we work? Answer: "something indistinct." Because of your lazy employees, you lost a client, and I wasted the 40 minutes I used to write this review. And this state of affairs is constant here. Rudeness and idleness. It should be called not "at the beaver", but "at the sloth".

I went on 04/13/2011 for a change of shoes. The service is terrible. As soon as I arrived, the employee immediately throws me a claim that I parked the car in the wrong place. Is he the keeper of the territory?Or is he a tire service employee? The radotnik himself did not take out the wheels, he did not take them out of the packages. I had to get my hands dirty to pack the wheels, when asked where to wash my hands, I replied that nowhere. When I changed the tires, I took out the winter wheel and defiantly threw it on the ground, and then I needed to put the wheels in the car. I did not pack or put any wheels myself, but only threw them. With a discount from the Lada club, 26p came out, even for such small money, I will not go to you anymore. I'd rather give 40 rubles and be satisfied with the quality of the service.
P.S. they do their job sooo long and not willingly.

We stopped by today with my father to change shoes, we didn't take the promo codes, we put up the price tag in full. And now about each in more detail.
My car. The summer wheels were removed. The winter wheels were checked, pumped up and put on. THAT'S IT! We didn't do anything else, we didn't even need to balance. They charged 18p for all this. When I said "Cream", they generally put up 20, since there is a discount on the complex. They didn't even ask for the promo code.
Dad's having more fun. I will immediately compare it with the conditions, point by point.
"The price of the complex includes:1. cleaning the disc from dirt"
No cleaning was required. The discs are immediately after painting.
"2. Removal/installation"
Summer wheels were removed, winter wheels were installed.
"3. disassembly/assembly"
The summer ones were stripped, and the winter ones were shod.
"4. Balancing"
The winter wheels were balanced.
"5. stuffed loads"
Stuffed loads for a winter set
"Additionally paid:- replacement of the 1st valve - 1.50 rubles."
4 new valves were installed for the winter set.
That's all. It turns out a 20p complex + 6p for 4 new valves. It turns out 26p. AND THEY PUT UP 40p! They argued that there were more disks. In fact, IT is ABSOLUTELY the SAME in terms of the amount of work, at least one set, at least different. And again - I don't care about the promo code, no discounts!

The staff is not polite or friendly.
