We ordered shawarma through the app here. The application has the option to cancel the order within 10 minutes.
During these ten minutes, no one called to clarify the order or confirm it. During this time, my plans changed and I had to cancel the order.
Immediately after the cancellation, a boorish employee of this institution called, accused me of canceling the order and that they had already set everything to roast and this was a "food waste"
And also said (almost shouting) that "I won't order anything else from them"
It's a pity to see such unprofessionalism and rudeness on the part of the employees this is quite a delicious establishment.

We visited Azat at Blk 56. The seller named Galina had a very impulsive attitude. I asked if there was a tray to put food on and go to a table on the street, she said yes, after calculating, I asked if a tray was allowed, she said no, when asked why, the answer was: you have nothing to put there, ordered a barbecue, kebab, juice, coffee, 3 sauces. To my surprise, the salesperson added that I was too demanding. After such an attitude, I didn't want to be there anymore, I don't think I'll return to this institution again. The food wasn't even warm, but cold.

But then it started...
Unsanitary conditions. The shopkeeper dips his dirty hand into a bucket of cabbage, after which he tastes it. And then this cabbage goes to your shawarma. I wouldn't be surprised if the establishment doesn't pass any checks.
Sellers are rude, you make an order by phone, you arrive - "I can't make your order for you, the pita bread is over." If the order was accepted, then there was pita bread. Then they were obliged not to accept the following orders. I drove in vain.
Another time they even said they would do it in 10 minutes, we arrived in 15. The order was not ready and they did it for another 20 minutes, because there were "urgent orders". Judging by the people gathered in the establishment, this is the first priority of cooking for Azat's friends.
I'm not going to take any more here.

Unsanitary conditions. I was poisoned by their shawarma that year. I didn't eat anything at home, I ate their shawarma and vomited all night. Then I saw a worker in gloves sitting on a phone with a million bacteria on it. An unpleasant blonde woman with long eyelashes. She told me not to buy shawarma from them anymore. Are you serious? After 10 hours of vomiting?
A rat was seen near this diner. UNSANITARY CONDITIONS.

We constantly took your shawarma, the best in Grodno, we go to you from the other side of the city. But today something went wrong, we just ate, everything is cold, the sauce is sour, there is only cabbage in the classic shawarma, and cold meat in the spicy one and for the most part just pieces of fat. Lula kebab in lavash has lost its taste (now it looks more like a steamed cutlet, the cat has cried a lot of vegetables in it, the sour cream and garlic sauce has been replaced with disgustingly salty mayonnaise and there is a lot of it, even squeeze). Lavash is generally a separate story, it's always kind of rubbery. The kebab cradle is getting thinner and thinner every time, we bought it throughout the year, there is something to compare it with, now they have apparently begun to save on products.

It's not worth the money, I would give a maximum of 4 here. But it's a pity. Absolutely tasteless. Pita bread sticks to your teeth. The meat is not felt. The amount of it inside leaves much to be desired. Width and thickness in the photo. In size up to 20cm. Inside the "shavushnaya" itself there was a strange smell of sewage.
