We ordered 3 dishes: 7 hinkalies for me, dolma for my female companion and 2 sets of tea.
First, my cup for tea was not clean and has a long thick black hair at the bottom. Okay, I asked to change it. No apology from them.
Second, they brought 5 hinkalies instead of 7 and only 1 out of 2 sets of tea. I sensed a lot of wrongs already and did not correct them there. In the check they counted only what thay served - okay(ish).
The worst part. It took them "only" 10 minutes to serve me my hinkalies (a simple dish), but it took them 40 (!) minutes to serve my companion the dolma - which is a very simple pre-cooked dish. By that time they already have served some other (male) customers that came and ordered after we did. Neither a warning that it may take long to cook (it should not), nor an apology was given after the wait. Moreover, they were "surprised" when I asked to re-heat hinkalies after 30 minutes while I, of cause, waited for my friend to have something to eat.
I have a strong sense they don't care or even ignore women.
PS: food was okay-ish. Too salty and too peppery, but not beyond limit. It is difficult to screw one sort of minced meat. Prices were on the level, so I see no "excuse" for mediocre food and disgusting service.

The kitchen is fast, the food is delicious, but sometimes the meat can be over-salted. With such a price tag, it's acceptable. The menu is large and varied. There is a great local wine!
The service is terrible: a sullen grandfather throws plates at you, does not watch the table, does not show any politeness even in response. I've been to this place twice, each time the waiter ruined the mood.

A great cozy place with attentive service. Everything we tried was delicious. I really liked the salad with sorrel and parda (lamb liver kebab). The catfish kebab was tender and juicy, maybe a little salty. The sweet sauce fixed it perfectly. Resume - I recommend it.

The food is all delicious, the portions are large
Both tourists and locals come here
The staff is very polite
The only thing I didn't like was the girl who was managing it, apparently

I advise chicken soup, chicken kebab, chicken kebab (1000 drams in total), van salad, Caesar salad and super delicious rice

The food is delicious, except for the cheese balls (they brought cold ones with suluguni??). And for the rest, there are a lot of questions - the prices on the menu do not match the prices in the receipt after (it was indicated in the menu that the dolma costs 2400, in the receipt 2600 / Lamb Ikibir in the menu 1350, in the receipt 1500). Also, we paid with a card and at first we were not given a check for positions and immediately offered to attach a card for the amount that was expected to be higher. We asked for a detailed receipt. And it turned out that we were immediately included in the debit in the terminal for a tip of 1000 drams (past 10% for service - yes, this is not tea in Armenia). We already planned to leave a tip (again, not because the waiter worked well - the meat that we ordered stood on the bar counter for another 5 minutes before it was brought to us, and the waiter was just chatting with other waiters at that time), but as a rule good manners for us, but after that, of course, the desire has decreased.
As a result, we ate well, but the service is 10 out of 10.

We came to dinner with a company based on a positive assessment from the cards. As a result, the food is 7/10, if you are not pretentious. If you are pretentious – 3/10 (dry meat, lots of oil). The service is below the baseboard: we misunderstood each other with the waiter and ended up with an extra dish. Instead of "sorry, let's figure something out" we got "NO, I REMEMBER I TOLD YOU SO", we decided to pay for a non-conflicting shopping center in general, but overall the feeling is unpleasant. The waiters don't pour the wine, they don't clean the dirty plates, but for some reason they stare at you from the distance of the next table. We were in good company, so we weren't too upset. But I've been in Yerevan for several years now, and I've never seen such darkness, and I won't be coming back.

We ordered a shavel salad, kebabs and sauces - everything is very tasty. National cuisine is a feature of this institution. I highly recommend meat and national cuisine to gourmets. We will definitely come here more than once.
Today we ordered dolma, kebabs and tabouleh - just delicious. Perhaps the best place where you can taste national dishes tasty and with an appetite.
I add - the most delicious Dolma in Yerevan!!!

One of the best establishments in Yerevan in terms of price-quality ratio, availability, speed of cooking and drinks.
The portions are decent, you will not stay hungry.
There are two floors in the establishment, tips are not included in the bill on the second floor.
You can smoke without going outside.
The staff is very polite, everyone speaks Russian, and they can help you choose food and drinks.
For four campaigns, there has never been a reason for discontent, everything is fine.
I recommend fried khinkali and solyanka on my own)

A worthy place. If this is the first time you don't know what and how - come here, it will be cheap, and everything is fine with the map (correct for the World if I'm wrong). I came at 22.40 (and they close at 23 00): nothing, we fed them, they cooked them, they were really tasty and Armenian. In short, I recommend it. Especially if you are Russian.

The location is great.
The view from the windows of the second floor is beautiful.
The food is delicious, everything we took was very pleasant.
But there is one thing. When paying, the waiters always said that tips were not included in the bill, but we Russians know how to use a translator 🙈
It's not very pleasant to be deceived.

The service is ambiguous, the price tag is acceptable. BBQ chicken with baked potatoes is quite edible, the kufta is a bit greasy, and I recommend the van salad. You can go to the piggy bank of local cuisine establishments once. P.S. it's a bit cold near the window in April.

The food was not bad for its price (3.5/5), but the service was terrible! We waited for 3 sandwiches for an hour, as a result, it turned out that our food had been prepared for a long time, but the waiter did not really want us to take it out quickly. He looked at us as if we owed him money, and he really ruined the impression. We won't be coming back here anymore.

I can say for sure that this is the best barbecue I've ever eaten, and the loin has completely overshadowed everything . The only service is suffering , they didn 't come to us right away , they had to wait a very long time . But it 's definitely worth it . I will definitely return to Yerevan for this place.

Guys, we visited this shabby establishment at the end of March 2025. There are few people. The kitchen is standard. The waiter is rude. He deceived us in the calculation. He refused to give the bill. The garbage from the tables is dumped on the floor for the cleaner to sweep later. The windows are dirty. The blinds are black.
Don't even think about coming here.

We have been in Yerevan for only 3 days. Naturally, we were looking for a place where you can eat delicious and not prohibitively expensive. They came to this restaurant with a high rating. We did not regret it, but we decided not to repeat this experience for ourselves. Not an amiable waiter, they asked not to be located on the ground floor (I wonder why). And the same story with the 10% in the bill, which was called a tax and a very insistent offer to leave a tip. There was no desire to leave tips in excess of those indicated in the bill. The food is normal, I was not impressed by anything, the order of serving is strange. Dolma was served very last and with a long delay, despite the fact that the next table, which came later, was brought earlier. And I didn't like the cheese balls - they were very big and the cheese inside was icy.

There are no complaints about the restaurant's cuisine, everything is very tasty and satisfying! But with tips, everything is as described in most comments: they're already included in the bill, but for some reason they're asking you for more, I didn't have any cash, so the waiter just shrugged and left.

Delicious food, but very long service. They sat me down at a table, gave me a menu and couldn't catch the waiter for 15 minutes. At the same time, as in all establishments of the country, 10% of the bill is charged for the service. They do not warn you about stopping at some positions. As a result, there was no barbecue that they wanted to try according to good reviews. They took a fresh salad with the barbecue and wanted to cancel it, but it turned out that it was impossible, although 3 minutes had passed after accepting the order... the price tag is average. The soup was delicious, the matnakash is fresh. Khinkali is juicy. The location is convenient in principle. It takes 10-15 minutes from the bus stop, along the way you can see a small square and a church.

An institution where the waiter can set any price for a dish. Yesterday 1500 for a barbecue, tomorrow it's already 2000. They don't bring the check at the end, but just ask you to pay in cash. They require payment of a tip for the waiter in the amount of 10% of the total cost. I do not recommend visiting

We went to this cafe specifically based on the good reviews of the delicious shish kebab, but the shish kebab and several other dishes turned out to be tasteless.
A separate art form in this institution is service. The staff was surly, and one waiter confused the dish and argued that we wanted it. Well, okay, they didn't argue, they left it and paid for it. The kitchen is not bad, it's not bad to have a snack for such a price for such a level.
There is no service, the attitude is as if I owed them money. They only came to the table to take the order and that was it. The table was packed with empty bottles and plates. Not to mention the tips, which were just taken from the change themselves.
I'm not speaking for the whole institution, but because of one person, I don't want to ever come there again and I don't advise it.
