The interior is good, the staff was polite at first, the food is average.
They made an order, brought the dish to everyone except me. We specified about 5 times how long the dish would be ready, but the answer was the same - "Wait 5-10 minutes."
It has been more than 50 minutes since the registration, everyone has already had dinner, but they were still preparing my order. After a couple of minutes of clarifying the circumstances, the restaurant deigned to take out the dish.
I wanted to refuse, but the waiter's argument was -"We prepare dishes in fact, they cannot be canceled", "Well, I didn't promise you anything. These are your problems."
Unfortunately, all of the above is true. And I won't come here anymore.

Despite the availability of waiters, I did not wait until my order was accepted, I had to go to the waiter's counter and ask to accept the order. I ordered only beshbarmak and tea. According to beshbarmak, I can say that in another institution I liked it more, including serving when the broth was separate and there was still a tan. There's broth inside. Cozy, expensive, but not to say that it is just delicious. Some dishes, yes, such as: samsa, pilaf, kebabs - it's okay. But some salads are either tasteless or not what they should be. Beshbarmak is not like that at all: dry, cooled, potatoes are not half-baked tasteless, the meat is tough tasteless... I understand if you would have ordered from the menu, but you didn't have time to cook it. But it was at our banquet. As if they don't know what a beshbarmak should be.

We are tourists from Moscow, read the reviews and came purposefully to eat pilaf. And they did not lose! We ordered different types and tried everything. The salad came as a bonus. We were satisfied and full! Beer, cognac Kazakhstan were like a nice addition!
The prices were pleasantly surprised.
This is generally a paradox of Kazakhstan: supermarkets are more expensive than in Moscow, and restaurants are the opposite. And this is just great for tourists! 🌝

Exorbitant prices. It's just speculation about the image of Uzbekistan, but it's too expensive to admire this image. The interior is really very pleasant. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing (if you try to ignore the endless strollers and large families with screaming and ill-mannered children). But (1) unreasonably high prices and (2) not particularly high quality of service leave an unpleasant impression. For example, the menu has "medium" tea for 1,700 tenge and "large" tea for 2,000 tenge. You order the average one, but you still have 2000 in the bill. And anyway, is this tea made of gold?! This portion of tea costs 20 tenge, plus boiling water. In conditions of total impoverishment of the population, such a pricing policy causes only rejection and dislike. Don't set foot here anymore.

Delicious, but expensive. I mostly come here for lagman, which is generally not bad. To have dinner with a lagman for five people, on average, about 30 thousand (lemonade, salad, baursaks and lagman) come out. The service is attentive. The landing is crumpled, apparently in pursuit of the number of seats, in general it is cramped. The parking lot is full of seams.

Last year we came to the New Year's corporate party! We were promised a show program , music ! But instead there was a "surprise" part of the hall was rented either by the hospital or the morgue, but the fact is that they bought out the musicians and the entire show program, who worked for them all evening, ignoring everyone else! If we tried to dance and participate in the show, then their ladies started yelling, like we paid you for the cio !It was terribly unpleasant ! Evening on the smarty !
