Cappuccino is like water - you don't feel coffee at all. The baking selection is good. They don't have time at the checkout - there's noise, uproar and shouts that the drinks are ready. Disappointed.
UPD. I decided not to leave a negative review, but called the administrator and asked the girl to redo the cappuccino. Of course, nothing was really redone - just as the coffee-flavored aqueous solution remained. Maybe that's how they treated me, I don't know. In any case, my assessment was brightened up by the receptionist, politely and with a smile, who immediately understood what was going on and agreed with my request. Appreciate such employees.

Good evening, we took coffee at Thierry's coffee shop in the Gallery shopping center. We stood in a huge queue, my husband ordered me a takeaway raf. When the husband picked up the coffee and clarified exactly where Raf was standing, the barista shouted with a sour expression on her face, "I don't know!!!!!" and the girl who was in the queue in front of us helped me find my coffee, but these are small things. When I tried the coffee, I realized that there was added sugar, which I can not, because I am undergoing treatment, it was not mentioned anywhere, it is not on the menu. When asked to redo the coffee, the girl simply ignored and began to serve another person, I patiently waited for her to answer, but another girl who was with her on shift joined the conversation, she also said that they would not be able to redo the coffee and that "you need to ask if sugar is added to the raf in principle" to my words that this is the only coffee shop where sugar is thrown into coffee from the start, they began to repeat to me that it is not the only one. Please sort this out.

I found a HAIR in danishe when I took a bite at home.
I came to them calmly, asked them to sort it out. As a result, they poured coins for danish with the words "here is your compensation."
At the same time, before explaining to me that only at the checkout they are responsible for the quality of products. According to their logic, I have to check at the checkout if there is hair INSIDE or if the products are baked.
I understand that this is how they hedge against insolence. But when does their regular come and poke these rules? Hm.
There is no question of any overcompensation at all. Complete lack of customer orientation. It is clear that the guys are in a good place and they had 10,000 checks before me, there will be 9999 - they don't care.
I made the purchase on 19.04, I came to talk about hair topics around 17:25.
At this moment, I regret that I am not a cool blogger who can put this mess in its place. But never mind, time will put everything in its place)

Today, 05/18/2025 at about 2:50 p.m., I ordered a bumble and an almond croissant. They told me that it wasn't there after breaking through. I ask the cashier what we will do, they told me that he will be ready now, but I need to pay 10 kopecks extra, I say that I can only use the card, to which they silently leave me, bring a package with the wrong product and throw it. That's what's called the customer orientation of such a famous bakery...?!
I was a regular customer, after that I won't come myself and tell others about the boorish behavior of a girl with short hair at this outlet.
P.S. In the end, they still gave me the wrong pastries.
Thank you, you ruined a good impression of the company, which has been developing for more than one year, with one situation that the employee could not and did not want to solve, but could only throw a bun in her hands.

I usually go to this place closer to 10 a.m. They can carefully slip yesterday's tasteless puff pastry (I take it with me), but there is also a chance to get a delicious and fresh product. The girls at the checkout are very different, but they try very hard to be polite - only for this they don't get three stars, but four.

the quality of service leaves much to be desired. A decent-sized women's campaign of 10 people from the back of the counter create some incredible fuss, they are rude, they swear at each other. The checkout is extremely inconvenient, two queues are mixed: one from those who want to place an order, the other from those who ordered. Employees can't figure out where someone's order is, amnesia happens in just a minute or two due to the large flow of people. However, this does not prevent them from being rude to people when they try to find out where their order is (it turns out that people cannot distinguish their latte from someone else's cappuccino). No one from this entire team was noticed checking for available seats. Therefore, answering the question "on the spot or takeaway?" be ready to have a snack while standing with a tray in your hands (it is better to practice at home in advance).
I would suggest slightly redesigning the counter design, making the checkout area separate from the cash registers, as they do in all "normal" establishments, but who cares

Cappuccino in this cafe turned into warm milk with a coffee flavor, I asked to make cappuccino with coffee flavor, but they still served one milk (to taste) and asked if there was enough milk. I said it wasn't coffee, but they didn't offer to replace it or anything else. There are zero emotions on his face, no joy, no regret, poker face. Since I already paid, I took it away, but I definitely won't take coffee here anymore.

I love Thierry for the delicious fresh pastries, wonderful confectionery and reasonable prices. But this particular point has one big disadvantage - a constant queue. There is always a queue and it is almost never possible to find an empty table. Also, due to the crowd of people at the counter who are waiting for their orders, there are problems with their issuance and identification. If I take coffee with me, then when I pick it up from the counter, I never know for sure: is this my drink or one of the ten people waiting for mine in front of me? I would like to visit Thierry's point more often, but due to the above problems, I increasingly choose another coffee shop.
