They gave me a crooked, half-disassembled bike, which I only found out about when I started riding it a week later, the bolts were not bolted in many places, the chain flew off with any movement. When I switched gears from second to first, she shifted wonderfully, but then I could never ride in second again. There was a terrible thud when the second gear was switched on. I'm not talking about the third one at all. Actually, we're going to give it back in a couple of days.

Convenient location, good choice, friendly sellers, motivated to sell.
Everything seems to be fine, but after buying a bike, I ran into a lack of feedback and a lot of unresolved problems:
- not a complete set;
-single scratches;
-the crack on the protective casing is intentionally hidden by a sticker.
It is worth noting that NO ONE focused on this. When contacting the store: "I didn't sell it to you!".
The handset at the number indicated on the website of the main office (online store) is not picked up or called back.

We replied that we decided to look around, and when we asked the price of the bike, the answer was: why do you need it? You're just looking. The impression is so-so. I brought my bike for repair!
Before these, I called to clarify whether it was possible to bring, they said, bring it! I arrived, they tell me that the master is ill! Well, I agreed, I was offered either to take it away or you can wait until the master comes out! It turned out that the master was ill for a long time! I am informed that I need to pick up the bike, since there is no one to do it,! Although I called from another number and asked if it was possible to bring a bicycle for repair, they tell me that yes, you can bring it! What's that supposed to mean?
That's one thing!
The second bike has been standing for two weeks, today we are taking it away the wheel is flat!!! I didn't take it myself! Husband! I ask why the wheel is punctured? We don't know anything! I am shocked by such treatment of clients!!! How is it?
It's just dishonesty!!!
The young people who work there! Listen, you can't do this!
