Do not rely on the competence of the "specialists" of this store, I addressed the problem of squeaking brakes and shifting gears: the chain jumped on the front sprocket every other time and is very problematic. The bike's mileage is no more than 200 km. in normal gentle operation. They said that it was necessary to change the chain and the sprocket, respectively, after the replacement, the problem remained the same. They advised me to hold the shift lever longer and that's the whole question. And which one did you change then? The brakes are the same story: the consultant said that they actually creak too, and this is normal. Darkness, lack of competence and lack of professionalism!

The Client wrote everything about the store, I will add about the workshop.
07/29/23 the wheel was given up to fix the "eight". The deadline for the receipt 03.08.23 is 5 (FIVE?!) Days?!!! They explained the increased workload.
The work was not completed on time. 05.08.23, according to the employee: "Bicycles are our priority. When we do (a wave of the hand towards the queue of 10-12 bicycles), we will take care of the wheel."
And by the way, there are a lot of wheels....a dozen already!!!
Well, they sent another workshop to look for...
And now the question!
1. Why make commitments if you are unable to fulfill them?
2. Why does the "receptionist" not warn that bicycle maintenance is done in the first place, but explains the increased deadlines with a "live queue"?
3. Can I call the client if you disrupt the repair deadlines?
In general, the management has something to puzzle over. And for future customers, there are other shops in Brest selling bicycles and spare parts for them...

I have been to the store several times and the impression remained very contradictory. I'll start with a good one: a large store, cool design, a good selection of bicycles and accessories. I bought a bag for a bike and was satisfied - the consultant came over and helped me put it on, told me everything.
Then I gave the bike to the full for 100 rubles. I took it quickly - I was in a hurry. During the ride, I found that the tires did not really pump up, the problem that was with the wrong geometry of the wheel was eliminated like this (in the photo) - they tightened the bolt so that the washer burst.
I ride a bike regularly, but I don't have time to figure out how to fix it - it seems to me that's what it is for - you pay money and they serve you - like in any other field. Everyone should mind their own business. But with such repairs, it's probably better to do everything yourself.
I am very unhappy and I would not recommend paying such money to anyone for anything.
P.S at first I didn't want to complain, because you can't prove anything anymore - you had to go to the store, but you never know if you want more customers (our city is cycling). So you will know why there are fewer of them. Work on the service - I may come by in a year.

I decided to read the passport for the bike as a result, there is no complete set in the form of a front mudguard and footrest. (my fault for not checking).
I do not recommend buying bicycles in this store.

Hello. We bought a bicycle for a child in the store in installments for three months. Not only did they not say a word about maintenance when buying and concluding the contract, after a month of riding the asterisk on the rear wheel completely fell apart, they assembled it themselves, fortunately they found all the details. The maintenance message came only two weeks ago (thanks for that). But the most interesting thing was at the end of installment payments. In the contract, the specified amounts were fully paid on time. But when I clarified with the manager on the phone about the closure of the installment plan, I was extremely surprised that I STILL owed 39 kopecks.
It's not the amount, I paid these 39 kopecks, but the fact that maybe this is done on purpose ..??? To breed people??? By the way, the manager on the phone indicated that I myself had to add up all the amounts once again and pay out taking into account these 39 kopecks, it does not matter that the contract contains completely different amounts...there, in the store, they may have made a mistake.....but, excuse me, whose joint is this?? And there will be a buyer for Vinavat, because a penalty is charged for every day of delay.
