I addressed the problem of a non-working parking brake on the one hand, in the morning I gave the car away, they said when they found out the problem they would dial, at lunch I called myself, they say: the cable is jammed , they are waiting for the part, I ask what the price will be, they answered that they do not know yet, as a result, at 16:00 they brought the part, at 18:00 they call and say that the car is ready, I ask the price and call it almost 300 rubles , I naturally do not mind the price (the price of the spare part is 50 rubles). At a meeting in the service, they begin to tell me that they also went to a meeting, because on some site the norms of hourly work are "such such" (they said that all hundred work on this site), to the question why then at lunch or earlier they did not tell me the price, they replied "well, I just I didn't visit the site, I didn't look at it." The most important claim "why didn't they call and coordinate with me before the repair" was answered "the car needs to be done, we did it"
With such a policy, you can make repairs and name any amount from your head, and then talk beautifully to any person who doesn't understand.
There are no complaints about the quality of the work done (but I will not check it in any way, I need to sort it out).a photo of the condition (in their internal correspondence in Viber) in the drum was shown before the repair, after the repair-no, also in their correspondence after the photo, I noticed the video "replacing the handbrake cable on "my car"" from which I conclude that my own knowledge was not enough.
the handbrake works and thanks for that.
I consider the service overpriced, but because of my irresponsibility, I paid for it, but warned others.
