Irresponsible attitude towards customers.
We ordered 8 sets in a week.
On Friday, the children were asked to bring a sweet table by 10 a.m. But no. We bothered to bring it only by 10.40 am on Independence for pickup. The shared phone was either unavailable, then no one took it off, apparently I didn't really want to listen to the claims. But by 17.00 I managed to get through. Anastasia, who allegedly acted on behalf of the company, did not even bother to apologize. You see, she didn't have a phone or any other information, and it's not their fault. Allegedly, the courier's car broke down. In this place, no one cares! You accept the order and do your best to solve this problem!!!!
The holiday was ruined!!!! I do not advise anyone to "your donut" with such an attitude.
