It's a cool thing to glow with beautiful, bright colors. They wanted to make more of the Ostankino Tower, but Moscow forbade it. It can be seen from afar.

It's a wasteland, there's no viewing platform near the TV tower itself, and there's a lot of trash. You can walk a little ahead and look at the city from the cliff, that's all for now.
