My friend has probably been sending me a link to this store for a year now, when cosmetics sales are taking place, and I couldn't get ready to place an order) but finally I was "hooked" when I saw the prices for some shower gels and shampoos on sale (for me now it is very relevant, because my son-a teenager who goes to the shower twice a day and washes his hair daily, I do not have time to buy hygiene products). I bought a whole package of everything at very pleasant prices (cheaper than in Belita). The order was collected the next day, the manager called, explained when and where to pick up the order. A very pleasant, polite girl took out my order with a check and change (specifying in advance how much I would need to prepare the change). Very pleasant service! I will definitely order more! I recommend it!

I found this store when I was looking for the most complete range of my favorite brand Phytocosmetics in Belarus. Here, although it is not complete, it is very worthy - half a thousand names, there are plenty to choose from. In addition to Phytocosmetics, there are several dozen other brands, including budget Russian brands, which are not sold everywhere in Belarus and, as a rule, in a meager assortment (and cause nostalgia for vacations in Russia).
The first ordering experience was very successful. I picked up the order at the European Post Office in Gomel literally the next day. Despite the fact that there were a lot of cosmetics, it was packed very compactly, so there were no huge boxes. We put several probes and a magnet, the photo of which gives an 11% discount on the next purchase.

I just don't understand where such reviews come from. I placed an order on September 13, I received an email that I would be contacted, but no one contacted me the next day. I called myself, the girl explained that everyone was sick, she was alone and did not have time to call everyone. But she managed to pick up the phone.
Pickup order, office schedule: weekdays from 9 to 18, Sat and Sun weekends. I asked about Friday, because only on Fri I work until 16 and manage to arrive for the order, they told me that yes, we are working. Today is September 16 and Friday, at 10 a.m. a message from the store in Viber: we work only until 16....
