This place is full of corruption, I've been getting my driver's license here for 5 days, there's corruption everywhere, even when you take a ticket, even there's corruption, I've already given them so much money, but I still can't get my driver's license. My day is spent waiting for my outline, even if you have to pay to recharge.

I was in Turkestan, at this bus station, the bus station itself was open, but the staff was drunk, they were drinking at the medical center, the toilets were closed, they open at 9 a.m.you can't use anything except ATMs there
