The most terrible airline. Hatred and mockery of Russians. They openly laugh in your face and ask you to speak English, when you speak English, they ask you to speak Turkish. They claim that there are no Russian-speaking representatives at Istanbul airport, which operates as a hub for our compatriots. I flew from Podgorica to Moscow with a transfer, both flights by the same company. I bought tickets for the transfer at 2.20 o'clock, the airline reduced the transfer to 1.10. From Podgorica, the flight to Istanbul was delayed by exactly 1.10 and as a result did not get on the next flight Istanbul - Moscow. The company issued tickets for the transfer at 9 o'clock, despite the fact that there were flights earlier and tickets were given to passengers who were in line after, but not Russians. The child became ill, they laughed, recommended buying new tickets or contacting the information desk. The flight was overnight, the children had nowhere to lie down at the airport, 9 hours on cold chairs. They are not allowed to sleep in the cafe. They do not hear any arguments or requests, they laugh in your face and say fly what we give, otherwise you will sit even longer or buy a new ticket, we do not understand you

I don't know...apparently, the Russians have such a bestial attitude...not only do you stand in queues for 6 hours twice to buy air tickets, but then flights are canceled and then completely delayed for 6 hours!! naturally, the docking flies off, and the next one is offered in 1.5 days!! It's disgusting! they also sell tickets for that kind of money! And I don't care about anything! Mine-yours-don't understand!
