We were on an excursion to Grodno and stayed at this hotel. For this price, everything is very good. Friendly reception staff, quick check-in. The rooms are clean and comfortable in temperature. The bed is comfortable, the linen is not washed. In the bathroom there was gel and a shower cap, soap and shampoo. The lack of a hair dryer was a little disappointing. Also, a sofa with outdated upholstery and an armchair did not quite fit into the interior of the room. Breakfast was provided in the morning. Everything is modest, but quite tasty. The location from the center is 5-7 minutes by taxi. The prices for it in Grodno are quite affordable.

A great hotel. Very friendly staff, helped to solve the problem with the charger to the phone, suggested the sights of the city. Everything is clean and tidy. The curtains are thick, the bed is comfortable - everything you need to get a good night's sleep for a tourist. There is a restaurant in the hotel building. The friendly staff also works there. We really liked the hotel. Excellent repair, everything is clean, beautiful, the breakfast was delicious, it's a pity that we only stayed here one night. The only negative thing is a weak Internet connection. We were on New Year's holidays, the download was full, there was not a single empty room, there was a huge TV in the room, and the smart TV did not pull, fortunately, at least the phones could be connected, albeit not immediately. The staff is responsive, they will prompt and advise . There is a refrigerator in the room, a hair dryer,very comfortable hard mattresses, the back said thank you. Breakfast is served. There is one big minus, WiFi in excellent condition catches only on the first floor, on subsequent floors another code is issued, the signal is weak, does not finish. In general, this is your big disadvantage, there is no Wi-Fi both in the rooms and on the floor. Please do something, I want to contact my parents, share my impressions.

A pleasant hotel.
The room is two-room, with slippers, bathrobes and a hairdryer in the room. I understand that not all rooms have a hairdryer. There is also a fridge, kettle and plenty of dishes. Our breakfasts were portioned, very modest.
But the only thing that saddened me was that the Internet wasn't working at all in the room!! From the word at all!!!
The reception desk is open in the lobby, but it wasn't very comfortable to sit there.
So if you wish this to the hotel director, please don't skimp! And have a normal Internet connection!!! And then you will have a lot more guests!!!
There are also two shopping malls with groceries and things not far from the hotel.
It takes 7 minutes from the hotel to the historical center by public transport. The bus stop is nearby.
But please make the Internet, comrades!!

There is a cooler with hot and cold water on the floor. My window overlooked the roadway, but there was no noise from the road when the window was open. In the morning there was breakfast at the hotel restaurant. In our tour, breakfast was served in this particular hotel, but the breakfasts are good and hearty. I was on an organized tour of Belarus, and this is the best hotel among all the hotels we stayed in.

A good enough hotel. You can stop. The price tag is acceptable. At the reception, you can view the breakfast menu and have a cup of coffee. We just arrived from Grodno. We stayed at the Tourist Hotel. The hotel is from Soviet times, but renovated, everything is clean, the staff is polite, responsive, attentive. The breakfasts are quite monotonous, but you can always choose something. 3 stars is very good!

We spontaneously decided to go to Grodno for the weekend and faced the fact that all the hotels in the center were booked. Only the Luxury rooms in this hotel were available, so we decided not to cancel the trip and stay at the Tourist hotel.
The room itself is spacious, bright, the room has a TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle, microwave, lots of dishes. The furniture doesn't seem to be old, not worn out, but the bed creaked very much in our room, at the slightest turn during sleep there was a strong creaking and it made it very difficult to sleep. The bathroom in the room was large, the bathroom had all the necessary toiletries, a hairdryer, 4 towels per person, bathrobes, slippers. Towels were changed every day. There was Wi-Fi in the room, but it worked very poorly, sometimes it was impossible to access the Internet at all.
There is paid parking in the courtyard of the hotel.
Breakfast was served in the cafe at the hotel, but on the day of our departure we came for breakfast, and there was a sign on the door of the cafe that there was a sanitary day in the cafe and no one would serve us breakfast. Was it really impossible to put up an announcement in advance at the reception or in the elevator that the cafe would not work? We expected to have breakfast quickly and go home, but we also had to look for a cafe at 9 a.m. where we could have a snack, because we did not want to go hungry to Minsk at all.

There is a kettle in the room, a cooler on the floor, a refrigerator ( but it worked very poorly - it was a little cold) . The bed, the towel are all clean ,
I think it is very inconvenient that you cannot drive up to the hotel with suitcases , you have to drag them up the stairs and lift them . It was extremely uncomfortable for us girls.

I was eaten up for work, I stayed for two days, the people working at the hotel are good, but otherwise I can't say anything positive, all the rooms on the seventh floor need cosmetic repairs, because those rooms that face the courtyard stink terribly of chlorine and dampness, and those on the road- you can see the mold, for example, rooms 707 and 710, it also wouldn't hurt to deal with the windows, because it blows from them, and with the batteries, they are hot, but they don't heat themselves, but it's more likely because of the thin windows.
In general, the staff is good, I think it is comfortable to stay in this hotel during the warm season.

The location is excellent. Opposite is the Euroopt, and if you walk 600 meters, you can find the large Trinity Shopping center. There is also a Tourist restaurant below.

We stayed in a standard 2-bed room.
Initially, they gave the keys on the 4th floor. Everything was clean and tidy. The atmosphere inside is pleasant. There was a refrigerator, a TV, probes, gels and shampoos, soap, shower caps 👍👌Towels.
But in the bathtub, as soon as I went in, I saw water on the floor behind the toilet side. Apparently, the pipe was leaking.
We contacted the reception and were kindly changed to a room on the 6th floor.
Everything turned out well with the bathroom there. However, when I went to the shower in the evening, the shower itself did not turn on. I couldn't switch the switch from the faucet to the shower. Either he was stuck, or something. But the fact is that I washed the old-fashioned way with a toothbrush mug😅😐
They did not change the room already because they literally checked in for one day.
But please make the shower more comfortable. So that it can be switched without any difficulty. And don't suffer. Thank you.

Complete disappointment. The table setting is not standard, some have knives, some do not. They came at 8 a.m. for breakfast, said that the kitchen was overloaded with an empty hall, they also came in the evening, an hour and a half before closing, they said that the cook was tired and the kitchen was no longer working, they offered to finish the leftovers. The waiters do not know how to communicate with people, when we visited, they asked why we visited this place. The waiters don't know the list of dishes or the menu itself. The restaurant ruined the whole experience.

The location is quite convenient in the "new" part of the city. Nearby, within walking distance, various shops and shopping centers.
The rooms are clean, the beds are not broken, the mattresses are soft. They give out three towels per person (but their quality is not very good), gel soap and shampoo. There is no hair dryer. A TV with local channels, but the refrigerator was not working. They promised to fix it, but apparently after the eviction 🙂

Check-in for one night.
Good: the room is normal, clean enough, I liked the cooler in the hall with cool and hot (I don't know how hot - they didn't use it) water. The bathroom has a bathtub, not a shower. There is a TV, refrigerator, kettle. The staff is helpful. The elevator "talks" in Belarusian in a very funny way - it announces the floors.
Badly: THERE is NO AIR CONDITIONING, although the hotel is positioned in 3*! It was 31°C on the day of arrival! We slept with the window open facing the avenue. It's good that it's not Patriots (Muscovites will understand, but there was noise.) Difficult access to the entrance: either you pay 6 r/s for parking and enter conveniently from the back of the hotel, or drag suitcases up 3 stairs. 🙈 The Internet is weak. They offered to go down to the first floor in the hall, "get in touch", and then go back up to the room. 🥴 The cafe is open until 17, we arrived at 18... 🤷

A very good combination of price and quality. The room has everything you need. The wish is that it is better to clean the room before settling in new tenants. When we stopped by, we inherited a pair of men's socks drying on the crossbar from the bathroom curtain. Breakfast was not taken, so I cannot comment on it. The center can be reached on foot in 35-40 minutes along a not very picturesque road interspersed with industrial buildings. It didn't bother us, because we like to walk.
The staff is friendly and helps you navigate the city.

A wonderful hotel. The location is wonderful. The center is 5 stops away by public transport. A huge city mall, which has both groceries and things with shoes for every taste, is a 10-15-minute walk away; across the street is a fairly large Euroopt grocery store. But, unfortunately, there are no air conditioners. And I didn't like the breakfasts, of which only glazed cheeses and cottage cheese are edible. But maybe it was just bad luck.

But when we checked in, we were given a single room with one small bed, oh, we only saw it when we came from the room. After a small scandal, they began to bring extra towels and a blanket. The breakfast was comprehensive. The hotel is on the outskirts of the city. It is inconvenient to get to the historical center, only by public transport. Do not expect a suite, but for my taste - a decent 3. The room is clean, there is a TV, hairdryer, refrigerator. The continental breakfast is very good. If you need a place to stay overnight and accumulate strength for a new march, it is quite acceptable. It takes literally 15-20 minutes to get to the city center without transfers by trolleybus with such memorable "impenetrable" composters from childhood (I can be a little wrong, I looked around, not at the clock))) We stayed as part of an excursion tour, so there are no complaints at all. I would especially like to mention the responsive and attentive staff! It's always ++++. So it's almost a 4 grade

The Tourist Hotel in Grodno left me with a twofold impression. On the one hand, I liked the location of the hotel – it is located in the city center, which makes access to the main attractions very convenient. I was also pleased that the room was clean and cozy, with the necessary amenities.
However, I was somewhat annoyed by the noise from the neighbors, as the walls in the room turned out to be quite thin. In addition, the breakfast at the hotel was quite modest and not varied.
In general, the Tourist Hotel in Grodno is a good option for a short stay in the city, but it may be worth looking for other options if you expect a high level of comfort and service.

A very good hotel, we stayed in a three-bed two-room junior suite. The room has an entrance hall, two rooms and a large bathroom. A good hotel . 4 km from the center of Grodno, clean, cooler on each floor, kettle and refrigerator in the room, no air conditioning. We had portioned breakfasts (group travel), like all food in Belarus - simple, sound and satisfying. A large shopping mall with Zara and similar brands is a 10-minute walk from the hotel.
