If you need visa support with a tour, then you don't need to contact this office. We paid for the tour 5 months in advance, and 2 weeks before the vacation we received the final answer that visa support did not work out. Work better with tour operators rather than agents.

I am very surprised by the low rating of the company on this site. I bought a ticket to Egypt from 15.08. to 29.08 from Turgeniy. The price was slightly lower than the rest of the agencies at that time. To be honest, I was worried about the reviews on different sites... As a result, the quality of the services provided is 10 out of 10!!! In Egypt, upon arrival at the airport, all were met by representatives of the tour operator. Eugenia, a lovely young girl, met us and immediately put us on the right bus (and there were several of them). Upon arrival at the hotel, we were "handed over" to the reception staff. The next morning there was a meeting with the guide - the same Eugenia, who told us everything and answered our questions. Later, throughout the rest, the representative of the tour operator at the hotel answered all our questions, supported us in every possible way, it was very pleasant to communicate with her. Information about the flight was posted on the information stand in a timely manner. The departure from the hotel took place on time, according to the schedule. Thank you very much to the staff of Turgeniy and the operator for our vacation!

We have arranged a tour to Greece for June for 13 days for two. One ticket was paid back in February, the second a little later. The departure was supposed to be on June 2. The company promised visa support, as no one had a visa. As a result, already in early May, I began to sound the alarm, because nothing was written about visas. After all, the season is getting closer, and there are more and more people who want to. I think it's okay, I'll write it myself. They answered very reluctantly and with long delays, saying that the visa specialist was engaged in recording. At this stage, I began to write more persistently. Finally they answered, they said they would dial. I think hooray, it's time to collect certificates for a visa. But that was not the case. A visa specialist calls me on May 6 and informs me that a group has not gathered for our date and the trip will not take place. Attention question: why are you silent until the last? In short, they offered to go with an additional payment of almost twice and with almost the same route. I say no, refusal. They told me to write an application for a refund. They wrote it. The company said that the refund will be within two weeks. I got my money back within two or three days, well, OK. The guy who was supposed to go with me was returned at the end of May, and then after annoying calls. When I called, we talked in such a tone, as if everyone owed them, at the beginning no one even introduced themselves, it was unclear where you were calling. And what do we get at the exit?! A failed vacation and a lot of wasted nerves. I give you one star, although in fact you didn't deserve any.

PEOPLE, SOS!!! Please do not contact this company. They threw it, the vacation was gone, plans were disrupted, nerves were not restored, besides, they also did not return the money. You'll have to keep wasting your nerves to get your money back. I didn't even imagine that there could be "scammers" in our country. A week before the trip to France (they had not yet applied for a visa), all phones were turned off. Do you know what they answered me on Viber when I asked a question about my trip: WE ARE ON VACATION! Imagine, they turned off their phones and went on vacation, and my child and I were supposed to have a trip with visa support in 6 days. The contract was drawn up 4 months ago. They don't give a damn about my vacation. And there is silence all around. I support all previous reviews. And I saw positive reviews on Instagram only in 2022 and it feels like they are writing them to themselves. Well, think about it many times before you go with this company

I have to put 1 star here so that the review is published, but, in fact, they did not deserve it either!! Be prepared for the fact that they fill out the questionnaire according to a questionnaire that the client himself must fill out, and they shift the blame for incorrect information to us later, while other passport photo agencies enter the data! A REVIEW THAT EVERYONE SHOULD READ!!!!! The trip Greece-Istanbul is 14 days. We booked the trip a couple of months in advance, through the Turgeniy company, which, as it turns out, cooperates with the main company Belturistpolska LLC. They are both the main carrier and the organizer. Turgeniy firm is interested in clients only at the time of registration and signing of documents, as soon as this is done, they forget about you and when you call and worry about applying for a visa, since there are 3 weeks left before departure, they are unhappy to inform that they will call soon. As a result, they called 3 days before applying for a visa, and you rush to collect certificates. At the same time, they promised a visa for 280 rubles, and 30 minutes before filing, they reported that the cost would be 436 rubles per person, since they signed up for a VIP room, although the usual hall was free. In fact, we were not interested in whether we received a visa or not and were silent about the time of departure, we started calling them, writing and on the day of departure at 18 pm they reported that departure was not at 5 am, but at 00.00. And only then did they ask us if they had opened a visa for us. Verdict: customers are not interested in and do not accompany them in fact, you need to be constantly nervous, call, and warn about everything at the last moment!!! I will not contact this company anymore! Now the most interesting thing is who they are cooperating with, namely Belturistpolska. They immediately collect 60 euros on the bus, supposedly for included excursions, mandatory, but they hire unprofessional and uninteresting guides who have memorized dates, numbers and tell them in such a way that you just don't want to listen to them, while you still have to pay extra for headphones and transportation. Half way to our bus, 3 people got on the bus from another bus, and how, how did the search of people for the second bus happen above the norm and as a result they were moved to us, and to those people who paid money for choosing a place on the bus to sit alone, and not with anyone-That. We were lucky that the escort clarified with the passadiers about the availability of a Polish visa, since they were not allowed to travel through Macedonia with them and had to go around. But in the second bus, where Natalia is accompanying, - she did not specify this, and they arrived at the border, - and they were not allowed, and as a result they arrived in Greece 5 hours later than us. On the bus, they began to figure out who would live in which hotel, and there were several people whom the escort, right before checking in, did not know where to check in. And at the conclusion of the contract, the manager and I clarified that we were staying at the silk hotel and we paid extra for this hotel in order to live in it. We clarified this with the attendant on the bus a couple of times and he confirmed that he had clarified, and everything is true, but upon arrival late at night, it turns out that they want to check us into a completely different hotel. 2.5 hours of showdowns and proving that we have confirmation, there is payment and correspondence, where they assure us that this particular hotel will be and we will check into it. No one is particularly happy about you at the hotel either, and when they started complaining, the next day, that there was 1 shower gel for two and one blanket in the room, although there were 2 beds in the room, the accompanying Natalia said, with contempt, "well, what do you want, you were settled in a single room." We left Greece half a day earlier than it was indicated in the program (like we were always running out of time). The excursion to Thessaloniki on the way to Turkey did not take place, because we took the girl of the director of Belturistpolsk to the airport instead of this excursion. The whole bus found out after the fact. Everyone raised indignation, but the head didn't care. We spent not 2 days in Turkey, but only 1. Again, they always left at 6 a.m., but arrived late. On the way, the bus broke down several times and we stood for 2-3 hours. Drivers Yuri and Alexander, thanks a lot to them, did what they could. And they were shocked that they were given such a bus. In Turkey, this bus was under repair for 1 day and is back on the road. In Poland, of course, the store is large - we did not visit, as indicated, because in the end, we were late everywhere again, although we always left half a day earlier than stated. As a result, we crossed the border with Poland 30 minutes before the expiration of our visa.🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ The funny thing about this situation is that the group went on our next trip right away on our bus and my friend was driving there. Naturally, we did not arrive in Minsk at 3 a.m. as planned. And already the departure of the next, second group was supposed to be at 4 a.m. and they were waiting for us. We arrived only at 6.30 am and they were immediately driven into a dirty bus and they left only at 7 am. They kept in touch with this girl and she told them how they were, what was happening on the trip. On the way, the bus immediately broke down and they had 2 hours left to sleep instead of a full-fledged first night in the Czech Republic.Upon check-in in Greece, they had the same problem as we had, to which the accompanying Natalia said, about us, that we were lying at our feet so that they would check us in and disgrace the entire hotel. How you can talk and speak about your tourists in such a way - I still don't understand! She clearly showed her "professionalism" and attitude towards people. If you hate people so much, then don't work with them! And the second group did not have time to cross the border before the visa was closed, and they wanted to be sent to Minsk by train, since this bus is going to Greece again with a new group. It is difficult to convey the anger of the group in words, because they also spent 1 day in Turkey instead of two, did not have time anywhere forever and now they are threatened that they may no longer open Schengen. I feel that the new group (3rd check-in) also has a fun start to the trip and there will be a lot of reviews. Verdict: Turgeniy and Belturistpolska companies are terrible at organizing tours and treating their tourists. The situation is not being corrected, but only worsened. My friends and I will no longer be your clients.

The horror! I do not recommend this company to anyone! The attitude towards customers is boorish, calls are dropped, messages are not answered! I chose a visa-accompanied tour here, 1.5 months before the trip. The office drew up a contract, made a partial prepayment. We discussed the date of the trip to the embassy, and then silence. There are no questionnaires, calls and SMS from the company. I called myself the day before departure, clarified the details, and assured that everything was fine. They promised to provide information about the bus number and departure time on the day of departure. It's a few hours before the expected departure, suddenly it turns out that I'm not on the list! When asked why it happened, they get confused, they can't really explain anything. Then my date was postponed three times, each time there were excuses, calls and Viber were answered reluctantly, referring to employment or dropped. I had to go to the office to clarify what was going on. As a result, they reported that there was no way to open a visa for the tour. My trip will not take place, a lot of nerves and money are thrown away. At least they promised to return the prepayment, though within 14 days.

I will join the angry comments. This is not a travel agency, but one name. We turned to them only because all the tours were already busy in other agencies, and they did not have time to apply for a visa. By a "lucky" coincidence, this tour operator had places to apply for a visa. We have signed a contract. Late in the evening before the submission, we were sent questionnaires, tickets and more. They began to study, they were submitted for the first time. Even when faced with such documents for the first time, we had questions: in the same ticket, the departure time in the header was one thing, and below it was completely different, as well as the check-out from the hotel was 2 days different from the departure date from this country. In the morning, on the day of submission, after asking these questions to Natalia, she said that everything was fine, and it should be so. In the end, she still admitted the mistake and 15 minutes before the time of submission at the visa application center, she said look for where to print the corrected one. Of course, there was nowhere nearby to print, we arrived and brought a new ticket ourselves. Further, when submitting, accepting documents, of course, the question arose where we will be these 2 days, when we check out of the hotel and the departure date. They refused to take the documents without additional reservation. I had to wait again for this paper to be delivered. Thank you for making me wait at the visa application center for this paper for 1.5 hours! During this time, I managed to hear a lot of "good things" about this company. As a woman, she applied from their company , and even her name was incorrectly indicated in the questionnaire. The girl accepting the documents, upon hearing this company, smiled and said that they always have such an unfair attitude. We have not received a visa. The money for the tour service, for the tour that we never went (according to the contract, if the visa is refused, they must return), was obtained by numerous calls, which were safely discounted. Think a hundred times before going to this travel agency.

I join the reviews. The service is disgusting. Careless, irresponsible, completely incompetent. I signed up for Greek at the center myself. The documents were delivered 15 minutes before submission. She asked to make a reservation for 30 days, they made it for 11, while proving that they give a visa for a maximum of 14. We ruined all our vacation plans.

My story about a "perfectly" organized trip to Anapa will not be the only one. The trip to Anapa took 38 hours. The route was laid along a terrible road (bypassing toll roads), with incomprehensible technical stops for more than 40 minutes (it turned out that the attendant changed money at a more favorable rate). Guide Vitaly is generally a separate story....We checked into the Golden Lions guest house at 21.00. The Internet was bad. The next day there was no light from 18.00 to 11.00 the next day. We spent the night with a flashlight and a lot of mosquitoes. The sea has smoothed out our negative impressions. But we had no idea what lay ahead. The company's departure home was scheduled for 13.00 from Gelendzhik. As a result, we left Anapa at 19.00. The disgusting organization of gathering people from different places of rest. Some took a taxi to the bus. We drove back along a good Moscow highway, the driver refused to drive over potholes. There was no air conditioning or phone charging on the bus. Given the poor organization of the gathering of people and the late departure, we spent two meaningless nights on the road. Special thanks to the accompanying Vitaly for the complete lack of knowledge of his functional duties or ignoring them. The man never knew anything, his information was not correct. Bottom line: a vacation by the sea is wonderful, but you need to choose the right travel agency

We bought the tour 02.07.22-13.07.22 Greece. Natalia Rabtsevich does not provide the service directly (an intermediary), so the price is higher than that of a direct representative. It all started with the fact that there were questions about opening a visa for a child. Natalia not only does not have information, but also deliberately misleads with her "knowledge". As a result, all the necessary information was found out through third parties. When submitting documents to the visa application center, the price has become higher for submitting documents than it was prescribed in the contract!!! (63 euros were registered, in fact it became 380 !!!) Boarding the bus was at 01.45 02.07.22 (this is not a night transfer???). Then problems began with paying for 2 parts on the bus: the attendant said to pay the entire cost of 1290 euros, we were not paid at all on her list! I provided a contract, a receipt for the payment of the first part! The issue was temporarily resolved. As a result, all payment issues were resolved only on the 4th day of the trip (the intermediary and the representative could not resolve the issue among themselves, periodically telling us to pay the entire cost of the tour). Almost all hotel check-in times have been significantly increased. Check-in late at night, check-out early in the morning in order to be in time everywhere, it is very difficult, we absolutely did not have time to rest (but these are questions for the tour operator himself). The hotel in Greece was the worst (the last one on the list of possible ones). At the same time, this option was registered on the website of the direct contractor, but not on the TurGeniy website. If I had seen what kind of hotel it was, I would not have agreed to go with the child! Breakfast at a nearby hotel with the same menu throughout the week without hot! We returned on 07/14/12 at 08.30 (this is called arriving late at night on 07/13/12). I definitely do not recommend this intermediary! Terrible provision of information! He takes all responsibility off himself! The first time we drove like this! Choose another representative!

This is the first time I am writing a bad review for a travel agency! Of all the many bus tours I've been on (I've never had any complaints about travel agencies), this one turned out to be the MOST TERRIBLE!!! The organization of the route through the railway (the one who planned the route is a topographical cretinism). Instead of the verbally stated 34 hours of travel, more than 39 were spent. Accompanying Vitaly is a separate topic, about two hours in total he ran around different cities and towns in search of exchangers, then they were closed, then he was looking for a more favorable exchange rate for currency exchange. A lot of time was still spent on the road due to the bypass of toll roads and, accordingly, the speed limit was appropriate for populated areas!!!!! On the way back, they gave a bus without air conditioning, there was some kind of warm blowing, it was not possible to sit in the back, people almost lost consciousness from the stuffiness. And the driver was sitting with the window open and an old fan was spinning above him, the bus was overheating, they made forced stops, including to top up the water. There was no USB near each seat. naturally. Also, with regard to the way back, (again the topographic cretinism of the organizers) we left the resort for about 4 hours, because we rode back and forth. There are no complaints about the drivers and accompanying Daria.

It all started as soon as the bus arrived. People couldn't be disentangled. There was simply no seating. Immediately, a scandal began all over the bus. Our co-ruler turned out to be a small summer child who did not understand at all what she needed to do. They said there would be Wi-Fi on the bus, which was not in this country or in another. There was a row on the bus again. We were told to turn on the movie that nothing was working. We asked the driver after three days everything is working. The drivers were shocked about the outgoing trip and the organization. Money has not been changed anywhere for people. All the days people were left without money, water and food. Just survival in miraculous conditions. Excursions are not for planning. Check-in should be at 15.00. We went to check in at 21.00. People were terrified. Upon arrival at the hotel, it turned out that they were not waiting there. The co-ruler, the child, called up all the time and they couldn't decide anything. She cried all the time, threw money and wanted to go home. They somehow settled in. On the second day at 6:00 they left, took them somewhere and again lies on lies. It was a terrible day, they tormented us as much as they could. It's a long story. They were brought to the hotel at 23.00. And they offered me an initial tour. We just left and it started again. People in the middle of the road got off the bus and just walked away. The second day without money, water, food, they did not bring people to the store. Then all the days were just as terrible. We prayed that they would take us home faster. Thank you Natalia, who has no idea what her job is. I wish you the same journeys. As we later found out, your company has been closed for this more than once. Why are you tricking yourself into opening up again?????????

After payment on 05/14/2022, travel services for 2 persons for an excursion tour to Italy for 7 days on 07/17/2022 at a strange price for one date, the price is 250 euros and 290 euros. They explained that prices have risen, so one place at the old and one at the new price. She also clarified whether we could reschedule the tour for 07/10/2022, Natalia replied – it is possible. It was agreed and she will not postpone any more. Already on 05/16/2022, Natalia texted that only 07/17/2022 would be able to take us, like people thought and agreed. It turns out that they can't keep seats without paying, but in fact it turned out the opposite. Suddenly, on 05/27/2022, they informed me that I could go, but my foreign travel companion could not. Although the tour program states that the tour can be booked from anywhere in the world. Everything is fine, but after seeing 2 empty seats in the history of instograms again for those very tour dates, I wrote a message to Natalia that I would go on tour alone, if it was still relevant. Reactions -0! Regarding the available seats on 05/29/2022 at 13.40, my friend called, to whom they replied that YES, there are 2 seats available. Next, at 13.44, I dialed - Natalia's answer was SHAKY: "Suddenly there were no places"! But, having asked the question that the girl who called earlier was informed about the availability of seats, Natalia began to dodge and get out, allegedly, we will take you if you eat together! Explaining that it was not my problem to look for a replacement, especially since there are free places, it was agreed that I was going. In general, on 30.05.2022 an SMS arrived...Your contract was cancelled on 05/27/2022, please send the card details for a refund. I did not swear, but I also did not ignore my vacation disruption and poor-quality presentation of travel services.

Minsk-Odessa tour (from July 31 to August 12). Turgeny firm represented by individual entrepreneur Natalia Rabtsevich. She advised us on the tour. Shoals started the day before departure. Information was important to us because we had to order a minibus from Bobruisk. And it was a day off. Even when ordering, we asked to be put in front, and we were ready to buy seats, they just promised to put us in and book seats, but as it turned out, we were put at the very end when boarding. Even when ordering the tour, they asked if the bus could pick us up from Bobruisk so that we would not go to Minsk. Natalia said that the bus was going through Gomel, and when we were driving, we came to Bobruisk and you could stop and pick us up, even on the highway.When we got on the bus, we were told that the test of the PRC costs $ 20, although Natalia wrote to us that it was $ 10. We told Natalia that there was $ 10 under the contract and the money was returned to our card. Upon arrival in Odessa, it turns out that we have a different hotel. We agreed on the Central Hotel, and here they tell us that de Richelieu. This is despite the fact that Irina's escort already had a list of who was in which hotel and we were listed there as in de Richelieu. We had to walk in the 30°C heat with our suitcases to the hotel without knowing the way. We decided to take a taxi. I asked her to pay our way, but they refused. Yes, the first day there was a delivery, the next day they said that we should go to another hotel for breakfast. These were inconveniences too. Then we went online and compared the two hotels. The hotel we were eventually settled in was cheaper and the rooms were worse. We were put in a room with a view of the wall of another hotel. The sun did not get there at all and because of this, the room was damp. Accordingly, it was most likely the cheapest. We concluded that they are doing this on purpose, hiding behind overbooking. They put people in a cheaper hotel, and put the difference in their pocket. We are being deceived in this way. Natalia also wrote that they had already let them down so much and that there was also overbooking, and dropped the correspondence. And then she wrote that they allegedly terminated the contract with the Central Hotel, and the next day there was an advertisement for this hotel again. We have a complaint against Natalia (Turgeny) since we still booked the tour through her. Do not redirect to other people, but solve problems yourself since you take money for the services provided. Natalia said several times during the correspondence that she was on vacation and because of this, she answered us with a long delay, then it was necessary to get another person to sort it out. Either that's how I understand it, Natalia didn't have enough time or qualifications to figure out why it happened. We waited two and a half hours to solve the problem with the hotel, and if it turns out that we messed up, then we should immediately talk and not torment people. We weren't the only ones like that, there were ten of us.

Sharashkin's Office was buying a Warsaw-Berlin tour with a visa application. Not only was the package of documents sent a couple of hours before the visit to the visa application center, but also with errors. In addition to me, another child was added to the hotel reservation, and it turned out at the visa application center that the application form was filled out incorrectly!! Dear Natalia, or whoever else "helped" her, could not even transfer the data correctly from the questionnaire for the questionnaire! The VC refused the visa, and the desk simply ignored the request for a refund for the tour service (which was never refused). There is even a lot of one star.
