I don't understand how such an institution gets so many positive reviews. It feels like they're paying people for advertising and positive feedback from customers.
We took a classic shawarma and barbecue with a young man.
The young man does not eat pickles and asked to replace them with fresh ones and remove tomatoes.
Bottom line: there are a lot of tomatoes and pickles in the shawarma.
Classic shawarma is also fun: cucumbers are 50-50 in it.
(That is, half fresh and half salted)
I don't know if that's the idea, but it probably needs to be either warned or prescribed.
The situation was exactly the same a year ago
We took the classic one, but it just had everything you could put in there (pickled cucumbers, fresh cucumbers, sausages, cheese and MUSHROOMS!)
Although no one asked them to add them there.
We decided not to leave a bad review, as we ordered at closing time and probably just half of the ingredients were missing.

Since the staff puts the ingredients randomly, what they like is how they feel, so they put it.
There are also questions about meat: the chicken is torn into small fibers, which gives the impression that you are eating minced meat.
In general, it's a complete disappointment, I've never met anything like this, and I think people are confusing something when they say that there is the "best" shawarma in the city.
This is the WORST shawarma in my entire life.
