The kitchen is gorgeous! The service is good! The interior and furnishings are inviting.
But there is nothing for Russian speakers to do there, they will not be able to order anything. The menu should have a description in Russian,
In our country, two languages are practiced equally.And the maintenance staff must also be bilingual. And in this institution, when you ask a question in Russian, you get an answer only in Kazakh. This is a big minus!!!

We haven't been to Karaganda for a long time, we live in Moscow. Family friends invited me to the Turan-El restaurant for dinner. We have something to compare with, we often fly to Europe and travel around Russia.
I was deeply touched by how the culture of the Kazakh people is revealed to the guest here in the choice of dishes and household items, national clothes, and every detail presented for acquaintance. Everything is selected and made with love for the people.
The price level, I think, is affordable, we were treated, I didn't see the menu. But there were enough people to make such a conclusion. A birthday was celebrated nearby.
The presentation and decoration of dishes liked the combination of flavors. Delicious Bread of various kinds is served on a large board with homemade kaymak. The waiters could approach by sight, such a sensitive attitude to the guests of the institution.
We will return if possible more than once💯 Guests need to know, all the menu is served in Kazakh. Which I think is also true. In Paris, as in all of France, the menu is only in French. They consider their language to be the most beautiful in the world and a priori there is a notion that if you come to their house, you respect the rules.
The first institution that I met on such a concept in Kazakhstan. And fine.
I haven't seen it in Almaty and Shymkent yet.
