OOO.... You can endlessly hum praises about this place!
We rested here with a large company all weekend. There are nimble and polite waiters, very tactful and competent administration, very tasty food (fed to slaughter), breakfast, lunch, dinner... Everything is delicious at home (a reference to some cafes in the city, which in many respects lag behind in terms of cuisine).
We rented 4 guest houses. The houses are cozy, the prices are reasonable for both the kitchen and accommodation.

The territory is good, there is a lot for a family holiday, we recently visited the pool area, there are adults and a children's pool, we arrived early so there were few people and everything was clean.
But the service is very lame, at first they did not take an order from us, referring to the banquet and as a result they waited for 1.5 hours, the children were hungry, and you can't bring food with you. After they accepted the order, but many dishes were missing from the menu and they said that they had to wait 1 hour
