The location is great. There's a sailor outside the windows. Nice beach, but without sun beds and umbrellas. There are very large rooms that can accommodate 5-8 people. The food is average.
If you are offered accommodation options, do not agree to this hotel in any case: you will live in a room with mold, the shower is designed so that it fills the entire floor, the lights are often turned off and there is no generator in this hotel, cleaning needs to be asked, towels need to be asked, even toilet paper needs to be asked. The food is monotonous, the dining room is dirty, a bunch of ants.
