I gave the shoes for repair on January 23. The young man warned me what would be done in early February. Well, in my opinion, the beginning of February is 1, 2, well, until the fifth day +/-. On the fifth, I called, they told me my order was still in the works, I waited a couple more days, called on the ninth, they told me that my order was still in the works and in general the deadline for issuing the order was February 12. Ok, I waited until 12, 3 weeks passed for a second, on the twelfth I was told that my order was still in the works.
Then I couldn't stand it and was outraged at how much work one poor shoe could do. The girl promised to clarify and call me back. She called back and said that the order had been placed and would be returned in 2 days. Finally, after 2 days, my shoe was returned to me.
I've repaired a lot of things in my life, shoes, clothes, household appliances, and a car, but not a single repair took me that long.
During this time, it was possible, in principle, to sew a new shoe.
Well, okay, I can understand everything, maybe their masters are super busy, maybe they are repairing and cleaning the whole Brest, but in this case I think it is necessary to warn the client that he will need to wait 3 or more weeks. A person can wait that long, then please, he doesn't have the opportunity, he will bring it somewhere else.
In my understanding, this is simply dishonorable.

I gave away two pairs for the repair of backdrops: with an inversion for the factory and without an inversion, with a leather patch. The flip-out was done perfectly: the sneakers were as good as new. The convenience has not gone away — it is very comfortable to walk, as before. But the leather patch turned out to be unsuccessful. After the first wear, the white socks turned black. The backdrop itself has become oak and cuts the legs. Maybe I'll get used to it, but it's obviously a bad decision.
I do not recommend a leather patch, but they did it perfectly with an inversion and extended the service life of the shoes.

From the moment the doors opened, everything was fine - a friendly guy, told me what and how, answered all my questions competently and correctly, polite, and attentive. Dry cleaning of the down jacket - special thanks, all the stains were removed, despite the warning on the product label.
Terrible service. I gave my sneakers to be cleaned. 1) instead of 10 days indicated on the page - 12 days (and then I wrote to them myself)
I came to pick up a couple, but the noses were dirty, and they remained. They took it away for a re-cleaning and as a result, I waited for another 2 weeks and 0 answers, and when I wrote, everyone apologized and that was it.
Bottom line: the sole is dirty, the noses are also dirty, the mesh is too
Today I took my favorite leather sneakers and gave them to be cleaned. The result exceeded all my expectations🔥as if I bought new sneakers🥰and the staff is polite, which is important)
