The toilet was closed for cleaning for more than 45 minutes. I doubt it's been cleaned all this time. Apparently they just closed down to do nothing.

The signs point the wrong way, the staff does not communicate correctly, is rude, refuses to answer questions. The price of 1 ruble is unjustified.
