Ужасное обслуживание, председатель где то в облаках, делают только то что сами хотят, собраний нет, работы ведутся безграммотно. Делают крышу в дождь, что привело к заливу квартир. Бардак полный.

Много жалоб на председателя: безграмотность и самовольничество. Уборка подъездов не качественная и не регулярная.
