From the very entrance, I was greeted by the amazing scent of fresh flowers. The store is decorated very stylishly: bright bouquets and compositions are neatly arranged, and the greenery of the plants adds vivacity.
I was also pleasantly surprised by the variety of the assortment. Every flower looked fresh and well-groomed. The sellers were very friendly and willing to help with the selection)

Yesterday, bush roses were bought on a branch around 17.00. They were presented at 18.00. The leaves have already become dried up, and in the morning the flowers withered altogether. Today we brought flowers to the store to return the low-quality goods and refund the money. The seller refused, arguing that we had not pruned the branch in the evening, and that after carrying the uncut flowers down the street for 10 minutes, they would already wither. Moreover, there were exactly the same dried flowers in the store, but as they said, these are flowers from a batch 2 weeks ago, and they sold us from a fresh batch))) and how interesting it is for us to understand that this was a fresh batch, and not 2 weeks ago. They look the same dried up. Question: why wasn't it trimmed before the sale and offered to be wrapped in paper?.. This is the first time I've seen flowers dry up like this in the morning. We have written an appeal to the complaint book, and we are waiting for a response.

I was given a bouquet from this store for the holiday. Unfortunately, when I unwrapped it from the package to put it in a vase, I found (as soon as I was presented) that 2 branches of flowers (these are several small buds) were simply inserted into plastic branches (their stem is well, a maximum of 10 cm), 2 carnations were broken in the middle due to the fact that they had already rotted, but they stayed in the bouquet, because they were connected with other flowers. In the dry residue, only a sprig of Alstroemeria was normal, apparently only because these flowers are more resistant.
I live next to the store, I bought flowers here as a gift for the holidays, but I will not come and recommend it anymore (already at least minus 2 customers), I will have to order with deliveries or go to other places. It's a pity, but florists should keep an eye on bouquets and understand that people buy flowers, not wrappers.

I bought flowers twice, disappointed twice. The first time I bought it in the evening, in the morning it has already wilted. Well, I think I'll give you a second chance: I'll buy more. I bought it, but it's different. I bought it in the afternoon - it's already wilted in the morning. You might think it was hot or something, but the flowers bought in other places are worth it and everything is OK. In general, I will not give you the 3rd chance, they sell whatever. It is not clear what they expect by selling such flowers...

I don't recommend it at all. We ordered the delivery of a bouquet for 150 rubles. I didn't get fresh flowers. They looked even worse in the packaging, but without the packaging it was absolutely terrible. I think I've been tricked somewhere. Thanks for the ruined gift and the mood.

I absolutely do not recommend it. The bouquet is of disgusting quality. The tulips are fully revealed. I am attaching a photo of expectation/reality. The photo was taken on the day of receiving the flowers. The store denies that it is their fault. It is claimed that this is the natural behavior of flowers in heat. But not on the first day after purchase!

It was difficult to choose one among the compositions, all the bouquets are so diverse, beautiful, and most importantly, alive (I would have bought the whole store), but I stopped at this option and was very satisfied!
