Recently, I needed a bouquet, and I decided to contact a flower shop. I admit that I was initially attracted by the bright facade and the abundance of fresh flowers in the window. However, my buying experience turned out to be mixed.
The first thing that caught my eye was the lack of consultation. There were no people at all, but I didn't get even minimal attention from the staff. I had to study the assortment on my own, trying to figure out which flowers fit better with each other and what is generally relevant at the moment.
As a result, I made the choice on my own, relying solely on my taste and intuition. Perhaps I missed some interesting options or did not take into account important nuances when making a bouquet. Without professional help, it was difficult for me to navigate through all the variety of colors presented.
In the end, the bouquet turned out to be quite good, but it lacked the zest and professional touch that you usually expect from a flower shop. After all, flowers are not just a commodity, they are emotions, and properly presented emotions can significantly improve the impression of a purchase.

The picture is of course very different, the flowers are of terrible quality in the refrigerator. You can also remove them, or hide them from the eyes of the buyer. Once I came to buy a bouquet for my mother for the holiday, but I was dissatisfied. I was ignored for a long time dealing with other clients, I didn't really get any advice, I was offered to watch everything myself as a result. To my question, "will there be new flowers the next day?", two employees just grinned saying that only in a couple of days and no one will bring anything the next day. The bouquet was made up quickly and wrapped up in a package, the attitude towards customers leaves much to be desired (well, either I was just unlucky, it doesn't matter anymore). I came to get a normal consultation and a bouquet, but left with a sediment after such a "conversation", so I don't think I'll go there again, just like I won't recommend this point to my comrades.

I can't write a second review, I edit this one separately, another purchase of a bouquet in the hope of correcting the opinion about the store and again terrible. The seller said the bouquet was good, but at the same time she said that it should not be unwound.

Today, after 19.00, I contacted this company, because my brother needed delivery on a date with a girl. They listened to me, asked for my budget and wishes. Not only did we collect a magnificent bouquet more expensive than the budget-we made a discount and free delivery!!! Moreover, they offered a postcard to choose from, a special powder to last longer, and the bouquet itself was simply magnificent, with taste. 5 stars!!!! It was my wife's birthday. I wanted to congratulate her in a special way. Well, in a special way... so... Of course, I did not come on a white horse with a bouquet, but decided to order flower delivery directly to her place of work. To surprise, so to speak.
Fortunately, there are a lot of flower shops in the city now, and on the advice of friends, I turned to the store in the North.
In general, everything turned out to be of the highest class: they helped to collect a bouquet and sign a postcard there))) And an adequate driver delivered flowers to his wife at work at the appointed time.
Of course, my wife did not expect this, and all the sellers and buyers were pleasantly surprised (she works in a bookstore) when they began to congratulate her in front of everyone on my behalf. In short, it turned out well.
I recommend it to everyone: polite staff and reasonable prices. I think you will be satisfied.
