I ordered flowers for the first time on March 8th. The receptionist explained over the phone how to place an order. I tormented her for a very long time, so thank you for her patience and understanding 🙏 The flowers were delivered on time, the gorgeous bouquet pleased my mother very much 🥰 I recently ordered again. The bouquets on the site used to be better. Now they are all of the same type. They are packed like barrels, and there are few flowers. Many thanks to consultant Anna, who suggested other packaging options and took into account all my wishes when making a bouquet. I wish there were more attentive sellers who can competently advise and conscientiously do their job! The bouquet is super! My sister liked it very much, I will always contact you. I ordered a bouquet delivery through the Flowwow service. The order status is "delivered". In fact, the recipient did not receive anything, the courier did not arrive, and there is no connection with the store.
