The sellers helped with the design of the bouquet by pre-order, and it is very convenient. Preliminarily,(at least a day in advance) you can order delivery. I congratulated the hero of the day, I did not see the bouquet, I ordered it by phone. The hero of the day is happy, the flowers are cool. The prices are adequate. The sellers are great. You can additionally purchase various "gadgets" for the bouquet.(postcard, basket, etc.)

On the evening of 6.04.2025, an order was placed for delivery on 7.04. 2025 in the range of 8.00-11.00. On 7.04. 2025 at 11.05 a.m., they called to clarify where the courier was, to which a response was received, your delivery was postponed to the interval from 11.00 to 14.00 and the courier will arrive at your place in this interval. There was no limit to our indignation. Not only was the time postponed, but no one even announced it.
Bottom line: the delivery was more than an hour late, but there are no complaints about the quality of the flowers. The flowers are fresh, the bouquet is beautiful.I hope the administration will take this incident into account and the staff will be more attentive and respectful to customers

The design of bouquets is very indirect. I don't like. The flowers themselves are of average quality, but quite fresh. There are many places where for the same money you will get a more beautiful bouquet with more expensive (outwardly) flowers.
