If you want to leave a lot of money and not get the desired result + so that your hair is ruined - then you go to this studio. I came to this studio, because I saw them from one blogger, I wanted a complex coloring in the airtouch technique, showed the references, the master understood everything and said OK. I left the salon as if I didn't have this coloring at all. On the references that I showed there was a clear blonde, I left the studio with light brown hair. After that, I went to another salon to redo it, and another master told me that it turns out my hair is now damaged, and they made my hair not in the airtouch technique, but just contouring around the face. I put -1000 out of 10. Disgusting place.

There was an unpleasant aftertaste. I went to the master Daria for coloring. Not only that, she did not quite correctly speak out about my hair color, namely: she called it "dirty" (I have bleached hair, there was such an ashy shade that I like, the coloring before that was of high quality).
So the effect of coloring ended after I crossed the threshold of the salon. With the Air Touch technique, a lot of hair was blown out, which made my hair color look natural, as if there was no coloring. It's a pity that I gave 300r for the natural hair color when I wanted to be "lighter"))))) And it's also not the first time I've come across similar reviews to mine. You should think about the quality of service.

The salon is good only at the level of real estate in another social network, but in fact: I signed up for a consultation on hair coloring with master Polina on 13.05 at 11.30, returned for a visit earlier to Minsk because it's a big weekend. I get into the car to leave and then at 10.59 the call "Sorry, Master Polina is ill." Seriously? Do you find out that the master is ill 30 minutes before the visit? Complete irresponsibility on the part of the organization in relation to the records. Therefore, be prepared that even after confirming the appearance, you may be told that the master will not be on the way to the salon.
The founders are advised to take potential clients more seriously and review the processes in case the master suddenly unexpectedly has a force majeure.

Mixed feelings after visiting the salon. The administrators are awesome (actually respect them). About the work of the master (applies to all): it is unclear how and when the tool is processed between clients, an unpleasant smell from keratin / botox (especially when you are sitting in the next chair and choking on the services of another person), loud conversations between masters and friends who come to "visit" the master at work.
I did tinting - I am generally satisfied with the work. But such little things repel and spoil the impression of the place.

I had my bangs cut in this "salon". I waited for 13 minutes, despite the fact that I was delayed for 5 minutes. Neither the master nor the administrator apologized for the delay. Bangs were done for 40 minutes. They cut it terribly, shortened it so that she left the salon in tears and upset. Despite the fact that the "master" was shown specific photo references.. The master said after the "haircut": "Well, I'm sorry, I'm sorry" and hid. They refused to give me a book of proposals. Although I asked 3 times. The location is good, close to the house. But I won't come to the salon anymore! I will not recommend it. I will avoid it.

Я не так часто оставляю отзывы, особенно негативные, но в этот раз решила высказаться. У меня была запись на стрижку волос. За день до посещения мне позвонила девушка из салона для подтверждения записи и спросила, не могла бы ли я приехать раньше договоренного, так как у них образовалось большое окно между записями. Я согласилась приехать на полчаса раньше, хотя мне это было совсем неудобно, но я решила пойти на уступки. В день записи за два часа до назначенного времени мне опять позвонила девушка из салона и спросила, не могла бы ли я приехать на два часа позже договоренного времени. Я сказала, что никак не смогу, тогда девушка явно растерявшись сказала, что перезвонит мне позже. Через десять минут я опять услышала уже знакомый мне голос, на этот раз девушка мне сказала, что принять меня в этот день они не смогут, потому что они взяли клиентку перед мной и не рассчитали время, поэтому не успевают! И как ни в чем не бывало предложили мне приехать в какой-нибудь другой день... Я сказала, что завтра уезжаю из города и у меня нет никакой возможности придти в какой-то другой день, тем более все это происходило накануне нового года. Сказать, что я была в шоке – ничего не сказать. Тем более передо мной даже никто не извинился. Выводы делайте сами, но я в этот салон больше ни ногой!

I tinted my hair here. I liked everything very much. The master is excellent, dissuaded from complex coloring (originally I signed up for a complex one, but we did a test strand and found out that the hair was tearing. You can't lighten it). For now, I will splice the damaged hair and come back in a month and a half for re-toning :)

I did not understand the behavior of one administrator, namely: he is not at the reception, always hiding, does not offer tea or coffee, I compare him with other administrators. She was dressed anyhow, and besides, in the presence of visitors, she sat down to wash her hair, and besides, they argued over which of the masters she took a hair dryer from. There are 0 claims to the salon, clean, neat and very atmospheric according to their name, but the admin left a residue
