The TSUM center is excellent, there are banks and a pharmacy and shops in general, it is incomparably conveniently located, everything is there and a cafe, I went on business, went shopping, had a snack and rested. However, prices bite a little in the cafe.

Tsum has not become very popular, it is cramped and there are many unnecessary outlets that are no longer relevant and not profitable, now everything on the Internet can be found through Ozone to Ali Express stores.
