A great store and a huge assortment in all departments! You can walk around like in a museum, but unlike the latter, you can buy everything and at the same time very affordable prices! But unfortunately I didn't have time for that. Next time I will arrange a big shopping trip! I recommend it to everyone!

To be honest, I don't understand the hype for this store. It seems to be an assortment only, but not for everything.
I was getting my son ready for school. I was very surprised that the semi-synthetic shirt, of our production, is 25% more expensive than the Turkish one.
I wanted to buy myself sandals. The choice is not so good, to put it mildly. And at prices, so in branded stores the brand is cheaper than what they sell here.
The same children's crockery, twice as expensive as anywhere else. From 40p and above.
The funniest thing is that the same Turkish shirts are twice cheaper on the market and do not differ in quality, from the word at all.
In short, I only come here for selective goods. And only because I work nearby)

For more or less inexpensive interior decoration, there are paints and putties with primers. Taps for sinks and baths. Household appliances for the home. Carpets. There are lamps too.
Wallpapers are inexpensive. I would like to have a slightly more diverse choice.

Probably one of the best shops in Minsk. Unlike the Moscow Central Department Store, this is a store for all categories of customers. Everything from food to jewelry and furs can be found in the store. I am very pleased with the attitude of the sellers to the carousels, their professionalism and goodwill. Very convenient transport accessibility and parking can always be found in the courtyards. Whenever I visit Minsk, I definitely go to this store.

This store is from a distant era of the past, even preserved in memory being still two-storied.. During the reconstruction in the 90s, it grew to five floors, and recently it has grown one more level down.. The selection of goods and the assortment list is very wide, as befits a large department store, located quite well, next to the metro station. Sculptures have been installed on the side of Independence Avenue, the windows are beautifully decorated and periodically updated, especially themed expositions for the New Year holidays. Parking is available from Gikalo Street along Bondarevsky Square, of course, paid and very close to the store. The staff is competent, mostly polite and friendly, sellers, cashiers and consultants are dressed in uniform. There are usually no huge queues, except for the children's department on the 3rd floor, and in the stationery department, especially before the start of the school year. At prices, the store is not cheap, but this is somewhat offset by discount programs and promotions that are held constantly. Inside and outside there are currency exchange offices, ATMs and information kiosks. There is also a cafe inside, a bar with reasonable prices for food, drinks and alcohol. Moreover, the rules are quite reasonable and interesting. This is a store where you can find a lot of useful and necessary things for yourself. Spacious and at the same time compact, cozy halls create the atmosphere of a place where there are many bright, beautiful, time-tested goods. There are no loud screaming advertisements and self-congratulatory singing of praises that the best goods or the best staff are here. Everyone already knows that everything is fine in the Central Department Store and there is no need to shout, advertise and prove it to someone. It's enough for a person to come here just once and see everything with their own eyes.

It is absolutely impossible to figure out where to go to get to the right floor. For this, I take off the star, although I understand that the current employees do not relate to this in any way and cannot change it. It's just that the desire to visit the store disappears every time I think about the stairs
At the expense of the store itself: there are a lot of goods, the prices are too high, but on discount days you can go in. I consider TSUM more as a tourist attraction than as a place to shop.
