Great views and great food. The bbq fish here is out of this world. I come here quite regularly because I enjoy the atmosphere and it’s very peaceful right next to the lake.

A great place to relax. The rustic-style atmosphere of the hotel encourages relaxation. Excellent service. Great cuisine. Affordable prices. Delicious homemade wine! And all this with a view of Sevan, under the cries of seagulls. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast is included in the room rate. You can go around Sevan on a pleasure boat. I really liked the restaurant! Great view, very tasty cuisine (we tried shish kebab from whitefish and delicious veal lula), good and fast service! The price was pleasantly surprised)
After a while, they certainly regretted that they did not try more dishes, especially crayfish neck lula. We advise everyone and I hope we will come back soon)

Everything was very tasty. The price tag, of course, will be above average. We took a lot of fish, grilled vegetables, various vegetables and cheeses. I also liked the homemade cream, I will miss it.
The houses are very cozy, and there are heated ones. We needed just such a one. We got there in a strong wind.

A beautiful and cozy place with good cuisine, clean coast / beach, little greenery, shade trees (especially felt in summer), prices are above average, clearly aimed at tourists, but locals also go, better than most similar lakeside places, close to the Yerevan-Sevan highway, there is a place for development.

It is worth coming here after a walk around Sevan to eat fried whitefish, trout, crab kebab with a beautiful view, intricate interior and equipped mini-beaches.
Everything we tried was very tasty. A separate discovery is a kebab made of crayfish, this is an opportunity to enjoy this delicacy without cutting and torment.
The prices are average, the service is a little slow, but there is no need to hurry in such places. This is the place for a substantial lunch or dinner.

We visited this restaurant in October 2024, stayed in a guest house with it. I didn't like the restaurant at all.
On the day of arrival, we came to have lunch and sat on the veranda. My husband ordered hash, and I ordered borscht. Our order was accepted, but after 10 minutes the waiters came and asked us to move to a separate gazebo, because hash can not be eaten on this veranda. We moved.
The table was not cleaned in the gazebo, we waited for the waiter for another 10 minutes so that he would check our order again. We were from the road and very tired, so we ordered soups, their serving in restaurants is usually the fastest.
But not in the case of these establishments, because only 15 minutes later the waiter came to us again to say that there was no borscht today. With grief, they brought us hash and some soup from the local cuisine, it turned out to be too salty and spicy, which I was not warned about.
I shared our impressions about this restaurant with the manager, but he did nothing but apologize.
Breakfast is also provided in this restaurant if you stay in a guest house. I didn't like the breakfasts either, because no vegetables at all succumbed to them, although I asked the waiters about it, the dishes are monotonous, in a word, I don't recommend breakfasts either.
My separate request is to ask the waiters to bring their hands in order, dirty nails do not contribute to appetite.

Pros:

We took kebabs, kebabs, assorted Armenian cheeses, tomato and cucumber salad, lemonade and baklava. Everything was delicious except the barbecue. He had bones and chewed badly.
Minuses:

They brought us a check with the total amount without dividing it into dishes. After reading the reviews, we decided to recalculate the amount ourselves. It didn't add up. The waitress was called. She confessed, with a dissatisfied look, that she had brought the difference.
In short, although it is cozy and delicious here, I would not recommend this place because of the attitude towards the guests. I understand that I want to earn more. But the deception strategy frustrates me.

Honestly, I really wanted to get to this place. But the disappointment is complete. It seemed like it was a weekday and the tables were half empty. But the waiters couldn't cope at all. Everything was carried for a very long time. We ordered ice cream, waited a long time, and went to find out. It turned out that it was not available. We waited 40 minutes for the receipt, asked to bring it several times (we ate for an hour, carried the receipt for 40 minutes!!!).
For food, we ordered whitefish on the grill (it was wonderful), soup with horse shawl (delicious, but warm), summer salad (absolutely tasteless). We will not return 100%
My husband said to put 1, I put 2 for the whitefish. I did not see cordiality in the face of the restaurant staff, I saw confusion and ignorance of the menu.

I don't recommend this place to anyone, you can't book a table in advance like we don't do that, you just get put where you can, it's half the trouble, the prices are just space! I didn't even close such accounts in the cheapest but rather decent restaurants in Yerevan, and there we were five of us, they took and drank a lot more, but here they didn't really take anything, three of us were well, for example, they ordered a lot more when they were sitting at Seven, I really paid at the entrance to Sevan exactly half of what was here, plus a couple of onions and greens on the meat, even this is not enough lavash, In a word, bypass this institution, I do not recommend it! 👎

The worst trip to an institution in my entire life. At first, when we ordered, the waiter yelled that we should start the order with snacks, not hot. I should have left at that point, of course, but we decided to give it a second chance. The first dish that arrived was dessert with ice cream. I had to wait an hour and a half for the hot one. Half of the order was missing, and we found out about it an hour later. Two potatoes ordered by two people were served on the same platter as a side dish to the lula. No one said that it was two servings. The waiter spilled our tea, did not apologize, although what apologies, he did not even wipe the puddle off the table. The food is three-fold, something is acceptable, something could not finish. Lavash, however, did not disappoint)) While we were sitting, two pairs of guests left without waiting, and they did the right thing. 0/10

It was the first time in Armenia and we decided to go to Lake Sevan. The lake is large, clean and transparent, they say it is cold, but near the shore there is pleasant water for the feet. Very tasty food at a local restaurant: crab neck kebab is something magical to taste!, whitefish, trout, and many more different things. Special thanks for the local ice cream! Magic! Mint with lime and raspberry! It would be possible, if they knew, to start with ice cream and Armenian coffee!!!
The situation is quite modest, sandy beaches and several sunbeds. But, a chic kitchen and pleasant communication with the staff levels everything up.

There are a lot of people. It's delicious at home. And as King Solomon said, "a man should eat and drink and enjoy his work. It's a gift from God." Coming to dinner at this restaurant, we fully felt the correctness of these words. We thought of running to a shop in the village, but in the end we ate here and did not regret it. There are many Armenian dishes on the menu at pleasant prices. It's the best thing for tourists. If you live in a hotel, you can take it with you.
The most pleasant impressions remained from this place. Let's come back here again...

The shish kebab from whitefish is not dry and not overcooked.
I liked the homemade dry red wine very much, the white one is sweet, for an amateur.
We are very happy with our family, even with sea buckthorn juice, which we don't eat in rush, in principle👍

Having entered this place, I liked the atmosphere, the menu was brought quickly. The impression began to deteriorate as soon as the waiter came up to us to take the order. Rudely pointed out to us that we were listing the dishes we wanted to order in the wrong order. You see, you need to order according to the menu: starting with appetizers, ending with dessert. Later, we regretted that we didn't leave immediately after that. There were serving dishes on the table. The plates were dusty.
As a result, we ordered pate, 2 soups, 2 kebabs, hot dishes, potatoes, dessert and tea.
After 40 minutes, the first thing they brought us was pate and dessert (which contains ice cream).
After another 10 minutes, we were told that the barbecue we ordered was out of stock. And this is after 50 minutes of waiting.
Tea was brought to us 1.5 hours later, when the ice cream in the dessert had all melted (although it was generally not a good order to bring dessert before the hot one) after we had asked about it 5 times. The hot dishes arrived with tea about 1.5 hours after our arrival.
The pate tastes sour. Either spoiled or with the addition of fermented dairy products. They didn't eat it.
In general, the food is average, the service and the time are terrible.

We wanted to celebrate a birthday, called in advance and booked a table, agreed on a festive dessert, confirmed everything, asked for half an hour to call again to warn when we would arrive. They called.
As a result:
1. two dishes from the order were not brought
2. they tried to cheat, two bottles of wine were included in the bill instead of one. And they couldn't even change the account
3. There was no dessert or at least congratulations in words, they tried to remind about it and ask the waiters - zero understanding and did not achieve anything
As a result, the holiday is ruined.

We wanted to go to the famous u Semo, but the guide had a different route, and we were assured that it was beautiful here. An ordinary place, a restaurant on the shore, served quickly, the food is very ordinary, we tried a crayfish cradle (if I didn't know what, I would have thought it was chicken)- well, the trout is dry, for some reason not whole fish, but some kind of pieces and I had a feeling that there was half a fish)))), well, really little ... in general, we tried it, it's good that we didn't order a huge lunch, but purely for tasting. The result for 2 people: 1 beer, 1 tea, 2 crayfish, 1 trout- 23650 drams about 5000r honestly it's not worth it
