1. All dishes of the lunch are oversalted.
2. The fruit tarf is apparently bought around the corner from a street vendor - it’s poor and not chewable. The Cipriani of NY would fire the chef.
1. The Metr directly said they don’t care of the lunches - the focus on the dinners. Cipriani in Istanbul is only a door plate.

Terrible service! In 2023, the service at this Cipriani was wonderful. This time we felt terrible because the waiters were rushing us to order more dishes, they quickly took away the plates even if we hadn't finished yet, the restaurant managers are very aggressive and put pressure on the waiters to order more dishes. At the same time, the staff is not interested in foreign guests who are ready to make a good order and leave a good tip, but the attention to the fashionable Turkish guests of the restaurant (who order coffee and Cola) is very sensitive. I warned the waiter at the time of booking that we were celebrating a birthday, and asked the restaurant to take out any dessert with a candle, but instead the waiter took the dessert we had already ordered from the table, stuck a "happy birthday" chocolate bar on it, lit a candle and put it back on the table. Shock. Please note that the restaurant will not even take out a complimentary candy for your holiday!
Now this restaurant looks more like a diner.

Great place, I recommend it. Try Cipriani pasta and local tiramisu. Very tasty, large portions. It's a beautiful place. It is necessary to book in advance. In the warmer months there is a nice veranda, although in my opinion it is more comfortable inside.
