We arrived at the ticket office to change the ticket. It was June 24, 2024. We were with a one-year-old child. They took a number and sent it to the cashier # 16. We went to the cash register #16. The woman was sitting and picking at her phone. She turned us down with words, "there are a lot of free cash registers, go look for another one. We went to the cashier #1. Solving our question, 3 employees changed. No longer because of ignorance of their work.
The woman from the ticket office #3 started being rude and saying things that hurt the honor of our country and that we should not come to Uzbekistan.
It is a pity that we have to deal with such people

The ticket was purchased with a reissue option, but the cheapest fare on the website cannot be reissued, but you need to go to the ticket office. And wait in line for several hours, and the ticket had to be reissued urgently, due to force majeure. We have done more work for employees, and people's time is also not appreciated.. The people sitting here buying a ticket are surprised if it can be done on the website.
It's a terrible place. I called the operators to find out about the payment by transfer to the card. The operator told me to wait 2 minutes and did not return so I waited for about 10 minutes.
I arrived at the office, they said they would not accept a transfer. I had to drive back.

State-owned, which means the service is not very good. Deceives by announcing discounts. In fact, it temporarily overstates and supposedly makes a discount and reduces it.
