Double Room (two single beds) + breakfast 4,990rubles per day. The price is great!
There is a small refrigerator in the room, a hair dryer, an old small TV, WiFi is pretty good, sometimes it is dull in the evening, but not critical.
Hot water according to the schedule: in the morning from 8:00 to 10:00 in the evening from 18:00 to 23:00 is also good.
It's too bad that the +7 phone number isn't listed here and it doesn't mention the existing tg bot (I didn't use it).
Bottom line: the tired rental price is an excellent price for those amenities that are presented, a solid five!

We stopped three times. The first time there was a business room, it certainly doesn't pull on business, but it will go for a couple of nights, the second time there was a comfort room, there was one pair of slippers in the room, air conditioning, a decent TV, the hood in the toilet was working, the toilet was locked, the room was WARM, the bed was clean. We booked a room by phone for the third time, the girl said that there would be the same comfort room, well, OK, we checked in and I was horrified, the room is of the same category, but! there is no air conditioner, the TV is small and square, it is not clear what years (thanks at least in color), there are no slippers, the toilet does not close, the hood is in the toilet it doesn't work, it's COLD in the room and the audibility from the street is like the window is open, the bed is smoky. I went to the girl at the reception to find out why two rooms of the same category are so different?! The girl did not give any answer, but only said that she could return the money... They said that a locksmith would come now and look at the door to the toilet, which would not close, of course no one came. I was terribly disappointed with such an attitude towards the guests and such rooms (the price, by the way, is the same as for a suite in our city). The room is dirty and very cold.

A 3-star hotel, a legacy from the USSR, outwardly a monument, and inside it is, say, the late USSR. You can live, it's clean and cozy, the staff is friendly, there is a gym.
