Good afternoon🙌 We had a family vacation in your wonderful hotel, a wonderful place to relax with children😇The location of the hotel is just perfect, 3 minutes walk to the waterfall and caves, there are excellent cafes across the street, from the hotel a magnificent view of the Monastery🔥 The hotel itself is very clean, as well as the area around it, the staff is friendly, they will always help when needed. The pool is clean, the sun beds near the pool are washed daily. 7 minutes to the sea at a slow pace, the beach is very clean, restaurants for every taste and budget, very beautiful nature Thanks again, we were very satisfied.🙌

Tsarskaya Alley is really a royal hotel. Beautiful view of the Monastery from the window. Always clean and tidy. Everywhere, both in the room and on the premises. Excellent, polite, very sincere and friendly staff. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Linen is changed at the first request, garbage and cleaning, change of towels every day!!!!! The pool is clean, the sunbeds are washed every morning. The dining room is wonderful! There are great guys at the reception and the manager, Saya. Thank you all very much!

I liked the hotel, the room was nice, clean, comfortable bed, clean towels almost every day, daily cleaning, beautiful territory with a swimming pool, sun beds, swings, tables, greenery and flowers, the territory is clean, there is a kettle and glasses in the room, a cooler with clean water at the reception. I did not like the food, which is mandatory three times a day, not always of high quality, monotonous, they give out portions like in the Soviet dining room, sometimes a mannikin or a biscuit is dry, there is no fruit. It is advisable to have breakfast and dinner with a buffet and a variety of high-quality dishes.
