We had a great time here at the end of November 2024. The perfect beach with "postcard views" struck at the very heart. The crystal clear turquoise ocean is maddening. The depth of the coastal zone is very convenient. Mechanical cleaning of the coastal area is carried out daily. There are no problems with sun beds and towels, places under umbrellas. You can also retire and find a company that suits your soul and interests. A cozy pool with a bar. Excellent correct and animators. The cleaning of the rooms is clear, daily, neat, even touching. We took a fumigator with us, but we didn't need it, it was quiet in our room with an ocean view, with mosquitoes, but we recommend taking this device and some kind of insect spray with you, just in case, because by night mosquitoes can find you on the hotel grounds. Electrical outlets are universal, no adapters are needed for devices with the Russian standard. Of course, the responsive staff always fulfills all requests immediately and selflessly. No one demands tips here, even by hints, but when you get here, you yourself will want to thank these wonderful people somehow. In general, tips are at your personal request, and employees will be grateful in a good way and a simple human thank you. Meals are organized with round-the-clock facilities. Breakfasts, lunches, dinners are a classic buffet with a choice of any meat, there is always fish, we had fruits without frills, ice cream during lunch and dinner. Russian soup lovers are unlikely to be satisfied with the proposed options, but this is also there. It was a little unclear to us why hot tea or coffee is often not available at the buffet, but this does not bother us at all, since any drinks are always available in the lobby bar or snack bar. In general, after the buffet, everyone is happy to flow into cozy bars and enjoy. The pinocalada is beautiful here, but the mojito will not be as bright as you are used to, but it can also captivate with its sophistication if you do not refuse to add a touch of alcohol. Coffee in the lobby bar makes any of your fantasies, as always, cappuccino in different variations is a hit. We have found an opportunity to relax here. We recommend installing a translator with Spanish and English on your phone anyway - this will help in any communication, because the staff has problems with the Russian language. In any case, we could always explain ourselves to any employee who would do everything to make both sides understand each other. It is very pleasant that the coastal area of the ocean has no access restrictions along its entire length - you can walk in all directions and get additional impressions. Coconut palms grow on the territory and any gardener will be happy to cook you a coconut and he will always have a cocktail tube - do not hesitate to contact, it's funny and you will be satisfied, and by contacting the bar you can stir up some cocktail in this coconut and enjoy all this luxury. We definitely recommend this hotel.

Rooms:
The room is cleaned every day, towels are changed.
Sometimes the toilet flush doesn't work and the air conditioner doesn't turn off, but they quickly fix it or move it to a new room.
The linen is relatively clean, stained, and washed. There are few outlets, but there are. Our blocks are suitable, you don't need to take the adapters.
There is a TV, a fire alarm is working
On the downside: there is little drinking water in the room, 1 bottle per family. But you can negotiate for chocolates and money.
A quiet, peaceful hotel in January, according to experienced reviews, it gets crowded from February. Interesting people come from different countries, especially a lot of Canadians, and you can practice your English. Everyone is friendly. There are cunning Russians living in Europe who pretend that they are Europeans at the sight of their compatriots)

There is plenty of everything in the bar, but the usual cocktails like pina colada, mojito, etc. taste disgusting, Cubans do not know how to make them, very tasty Spanish wine, Cuban rum, whiskey.
Canteen:
The food tastes terrible, but from the stories of those who have been in all the hotels, it's exactly the same.
The staff doesn't understand much English. There are cockroaches. The food is not always fresh, and there have been sour potatoes (sweet potatoes). They can put the same cheese from yesterday on trays for two days. The dried bread is lying there for some reason. But there is also a fresh one for toasts.
There is no salt or sugar on the tables, only on demand. Tea and coffee only in the morning on request, then in the lobby only. Alcohol is also offered.
Delicious fruits.
It's worth going. But a beautiful beach and delicious rum + company and everything smooths out. Old, beautiful, rare cars arrive, they can be rented. A lot of cats, hungry, were fed from the canteen, only Russians are fed. Bring food with you, they are incredibly hungry.
The staff loves jokes and all kinds of jokes, they don't speak or understand English well.

Of the minuses, of course, this is food, but there are no hungry people left, but there are solid disadvantages, first of all dirty plates, big cockroaches crawling on the distribution where the cooked food is, it was not pleasant to be honest. I only liked the dessert ice cream, the kids were delighted. You can write a lot of cons about nutrition, but you still don't like the service staff. They expect a lot of tips from you, since Canadians give a lot of 💲 everywhere. I didn't like the bar counter. The staff (they treat Russians badly), as I said above, that they serve the first ones who give. As for "this sea". To sum up, I do not recommend this hotel, there is much better. Since we have been to Cuba many times.
