I recently visited True Gamers and was absolutely delighted! Great atmosphere, comfortable gaming locations and powerful computers that can easily play any modern games at high settings.
The staff is very friendly and always ready to help with settings or game selection. We were also pleasantly surprised by the comfortable chairs and high–quality headphones - it was as comfortable as possible to play.
Separately, it is worth noting the stable Internet and good ventilation in the hall – even with long gaming sessions, you feel comfortable. The prices are also quite reasonable, especially considering the quality of the equipment and service.

So, I have visited this club several times, there are both good and bad things.:
Good:
1. Monitor on the bracket, convenient to adjust
2. Very nice and courteous staff, the guys are really well done
3. Large selection of snacks and drinks
4. Potentially good hardware: i5-12400 + 4060/4060 ti
5. Location. It's good if you take a taxi or public transport, but it's terrible if you take a car. Parking a car somewhere nearby is very difficult
The bad:
1. Absolutely incomplete software with obscure names (cyber hour, cyber night f23, and so on)
When choosing a package, it is very easy to get confused, there is no information other than the package name. I came to the overnight package and chose the night light, after 3 hours the time ran out. I had to pay extra for the time I had already paid for. The administrator informed me that these were my problems, as I was not paying attention. I would like to point out that the client does not have to know the names of your packages. According to the administrator, I was far from the first. Every time this happens, you lose customers. Write the number of hours/time interval after the package name: cyber night (22.00-8.00), cyber night light (3 hours). Or give the script to the managers to tell them which package to take to the clients who came for the night.
2. 16 GB of RAM, probably at a low frequency. 70% of the people who come to you play CS2, due to insufficient RAM, FPS drops. There's no point in a 240 Hz monitor at 170-200 FPS. Set 32 GB at a frequency of 3600 MHz and compare the performance.
3. Devices. There are either Chinese wireless mice or Logitech G102. The first ones have fewer questions, the second ones on the contrary: yes, they are cheap on the wholesale market, but the rejection rate is very high (I just came across one, it really ruined the gameplay).Explore other options, such as HyperX Pulsefire Haste. It would be great if all mice were wireless.
3.1. Open headphones. It's always noisy in the club, and the headphones don't have any insulation. Because of this, you get tired pretty quickly, as you hear the game, the teammates in the discord and what is happening in the background.
4. Lack of ventilation, it will be sad in summer.

I visited this computer club with my friends and was absolutely delighted! Here's what I particularly liked:

I visited this club on 03/21/25. There was a kid with glasses on shift that day, Kirill, if memory serves. The situation is as follows: when starting the game, it gave the error "Easy Anti Cheat is not installed". Independent attempts to solve the problem were unsuccessful - in the root folder of the game, the PC did not allow running the anti-cheat installation file on its own, apparently due to software limitations, and when trying to manually install the anti-cheat, the PC required a reboot. I sent a notification to the administrator asking him to replace the virtual disk, because I thought that the problem might lie in a particular spilled image (there was no error on neighboring PCs). After 15 minutes, a respected administrator approaches, asks what the problem is, I describe what is happening, it is clear from the admin's face that he has no idea what is happening, as a result, I get a passive aggressive answer: "rebooting will not help. What is disk substitution?? We don't have that. Why are you with yours??" and he leaves safely, sending me to the PC the very substitution that I asked for, but which, according to the admin, lanheim's software does not provide :)) No alternatives were offered.
As a result, the problem was solved only after switching to another admin, by transferring to a neighboring PC.
P.S. Maybe someday, people will start recruiting for the position of administrator in pc clubs who, if they don't know the match, at least know how to communicate with clients in a normal tone. Any problem can be solved with an adequate attitude, and this review would not have happened if it were not for the position of the administrator.: "they make you work at work:("
