I want to share my extremely negative experience of working with this organization. I ordered products from them, and this decision turned into a real disaster. Firstly, the order processing was delayed for an unreasonably long time. I expected to receive the goods quickly, but I only received promises that were never fulfilled.
Secondly, employees clearly do not have sufficient information about the prices of their products. I have faced a situation several times when I requested the cost of the product, and each time I received different answers. This creates a complete sense of incompetence and disorganization.
In addition, communication with representatives of the company left much to be desired. Instead of helping and trying to figure out the situation, they showed complete indifference. I was faced with rudeness and rudeness, which is completely unacceptable in the field of customer service.
Unfortunately, the disadvantages of this company are not limited to delays in order processing and unprofessional communication. I also want to point out that the quality of the products they offer leaves much to be desired. In one of my orders, I received an item that turned out to be defective. When trying to return or exchange it, I faced even bigger problems: the staff did not want to listen to my explanations and tried to shift all responsibility to me.
Communication problems are particularly annoying. When I tried to find out the status of my order, my request was met with condescending laughter from the operator. I have not seen such a level of disrespect for customers for a long time. A society that does not value its customers hears only negative reviews.
As for promises, they don't cost anything at all. Every time I received a promise to call back or send information, the wait ended in complete silence on their part. Not a single call, not a single text message. This creates a feeling of complete abandonment.
To summarize, I recommend paying attention to many other organizations that offer similar products and services. They will provide you with professional service, respect for your wishes and, last but not least, adequate work with orders. No discounts or tempting offers are worth the hassle and disappointment that I experienced while working with this company. I hope my feedback will help others avoid this setback.
