We needed a 30×30 750 piece tile. I specified the price, they said 14p m2 and 60p delivery. 0.3×0.3×750=945p + 60p =1005p. Everything was fine with me. On the evening of delivery, when we were already waiting (and assistants for unloading more than 4 tons) They said the price was 1015 rubles. I said no question, we'll find 10 rubles. But why has it become more expensive? I was told that there are 11 tiles in 1m2, and this is not 1m2, but 0.99. And in general, the price on the site is 1.27p per tile, it turns out I should have looked there, not called and 1.27 × 750 = 952.5 well, not a penny to count, so 955 + 60 = 1015. I said it wasn't nice to do that. 10 rubles is not a problem, but people need to be warned that 14p is not the price for 1m2, but for 0.99. And they told me that they have been working for 12 years and there is nothing to indicate what is beautiful and what is not. And in general, they refuse our order. Naturally, she replied, do as you know.
But I don't understand how you can work with people like that. I don't like these attempts to cheat even in small things. IT'S NOT VERY PRETTY. When the director of the company allows himself to behave like this, I imagine what compositions his employees put in the tile. And then they just answer, we have been working like this for 12 years and there is nothing to tell us what is beautiful and what is not. The horror!
