It's not a bad sauna, especially the new building, I haven't been to the old one for a long time. Prompt maintenance, but the bad thing is that they don't clean up the trash, the guys and I sat there in the 8th sauna for 5 hours, naturally garbage accumulated until you say they won't be taken away, in general it's not bad, a solid 4 out of 5 time can be spent, the pool is clean, old appliances, no Wi-Fi. Not a bad hotel, clean.

A good hotel in Uralsk. I stopped many times. Not far from the bus station. Good staff, tells you where everything is nearby, especially grocery stores. I was surprised that they even suggested where it is cheaper to buy products that they sell themselves, but more expensive. It's rare to find such an attitude.
They give breakfast in the morning, although initially I didn't even know about it, it's nice.

Clean, nice rooms, the price includes a hearty breakfast. If you check in later, you can order dinner in the room. Close to the bus station, you can easily walk. For those who are in Kazakhstan for the first time and arrive in the evening, this is a special plus. The only drawback is that you can hear in the rooms if a banquet is taking place downstairs or neighbors are making noise.

it's cozy and quiet, just one night, BUT there's a railway nearby, and a diesel locomotive passed 4 times a night, yes, it doesn't make noise, but it knocks with its wheels) it's clear why it's so cheap. there is probably a lot of dampness in the room, since I found a scale as much as 2 pcs. the kitchen is decent, they bring it to the room. and it was the most affordable hotel in the city at that time. thanks

We were passing through Uralsk. By the night, as soon as the connection appeared, they booked a room by phone found on the Internet. Using the navigator, it is quite easy to find and get there, although the roads in the city are not very good. The hotel is fenced and there are parking spaces, as well as CCTV cameras. In the beginning, I did not like the fact that at the entrance to the vestibule of the hotel it is smoked, the staff does not go outside to smoke at the back door, but smokes at the entrance. A pleasant and helpful employee is sitting at the reception desk. Unfortunately, there were no rooms with two beds by our arrival, so we decided not to waste the precious time left for rest in search of a new overnight stay, we took a free room on the third (last) floor with one large bed, If you eat with elderly parents, then keep in mind that there is no elevator. In general, this is where the cons end.
Next, about the positive aspects. The room is spacious, the bedding is clean and white, there is no smoking in the room, there is a TV, Wi-Fi and a mini fridge, two armchairs, a table, a hanger at the entrance for outerwear with a mirror. The bathroom is clean, with a shower cabin, there is hot water, but you need to flush the water first, there are disposable slippers, shampoo and a dental cleaning kit. The roof of the third floor room must have leaked, minor yellow streaks on the walls. It was about -17 degrees outside, maybe lower at night, it was quite comfortable to sleep, two batteries are hot, but there is a coolness in the room, which is offset by a warm blanket. Breakfast is included in the price, it is brought to the room from 7 to 11 o'clock, it is enough to call after zero on the phone on the bedside table. The portions are good, they cook well. I'll attach a photo. The staff is all friendly and helpful. At our request, they warmed up and poured hot water into a thermos for further travel. On the whole, we are satisfied.
