I highly recommend you to visit. An interesting and beautiful place with old buildings and courtyards. An island with a monument to the internationalist wars. A beautiful promenade for walking. There are several cafes with national cuisine. You can rent a boat or catamaran.

In the centre Minsk, on the left bank of the Svisloch River, there is a small picturesque area — Troitskoye suburb, or Troitskaya Gora. In the Middle Ages, the old town of Minsk with a shopping area was located on the territory of the suburb. Many buildings were demolished during the Soviet era. They were restored in the second half of the 20th century. In 2004, the western part of the Trinity suburb received a protected status. Among the ancient buildings, the Vigdorchik house, the Pinsukhovich house, the Citver factory and others have been preserved.

I have long dreamed of visiting Minsk. And finally... On the way to the sanatorium (about it later separately), I stayed in Minsk for 2 days. The place is very beautiful. A friend said that it is better to visit in the summer, when they do lighting in the evening and hold concerts.
