One of the best hotels in Mirissa!

I took off one star for the location on the second line. Still, you need to rest on the first line at sea).
But the hotel as a whole left a very pleasant impression. We liked the restaurant. Only breakfast was included, but we ended up having lunch and dinner there. Excellent service staff. One had only to look in their direction - they were already flying, always with a smile, incredible). And the food was delicious. And there was silence (after the beach in Mirissa, where loud music is everywhere, this is especially valuable).
The rooms are average, probably good for 4*. The hotel is clean, it smells nice everywhere.
But whether it is worth going to Mirissa in principle is a question. Yes, you can swim there - not the waves like in Veligama, but the atmosphere at mirissa beach is restless. As a result, we went from Mirissa to Veligama, to surf and take a break from people.

A great little boutique hotel. The rooms and grounds are clean and cozy. There is a balcony. There is a small swimming pool, in the shade of trees. Comfortable sun beds. There is a restaurant on site where breakfast is served. During the day, you can order food and drinks from the menu. Friendly, helpful staff. I recommend it!

no complaints about the number) confident 4 ka! always cleaned cleanly) the staff spoke only English. The restaurant is super. but the price tag on the menu is higher than on the beach. but it's very tasty. I'll just tell you by location. It's a long way to Central Beach. either by tuk tuk or on foot through turtle beach. overall a good hotel with a high rating. nearby 1 min coconut island) very picturesque

We stayed at this hotel in April 2023, we liked everything, the hotel is comfortable, in a great area, cleaned daily, the staff is friendly and courteous. The pool was cleaned, the air conditioner was working properly, the breakfasts were delicious, we were not hungry. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will definitely return to Sri Lanka again.

A wonderful hotel, I am very glad that I chose it. I'm in it now. Mirissa is considered out of season now, so apparently there are few people in the hotel. The staff said that only 6 rooms were occupied. My room is quite spacious, two beds connected into one, 4 pillows, about 5-6 towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toothpaste, brush, shaving kit, nail file, cotton buds, discs, shower caps, body lotion, hair dryer-everything is there. Kettle, tea, coffee, cream, two bottles of water per day,mini bar (paid). They come to clean the room every day. You can choose from the menu for breakfast, I have more than enough, I don't eat so much at home. A plate of fruits, a kind of egg preparation, fresh salad, chicken sausages, bacon, potato hash browns, beans, tomatoes, mushrooms, cereals with milk, toasts with butter and jam, muffins, cakes, coffee, tea, fresh and so on. Choose and they bring you everything in turn. Lunch and dinner, if not included, can also be ordered from the menu, but for a fee. The price tag is about the same as in other cafes by the ocean. The ocean is across the street. There is a cool massage parlor and a shop nearby. If you need to go to Veligama, there are always tuk pieces near the hotel.
The staff is always happy to help and just talk!

Great hotel. Justifies its proud four stars.
The rooms are perfectly clean. No wildlife. Every day - high-quality cleaning, fresh towels, water.
High-quality service. We are ready to suggest everything and provide the necessary assistance. Umbrellas are provided during bad weather. I was helped to send the postcards left at the reception.
The breakfast food is generally good, but the hotel needs to work on them.
I rate the hotel at five and can safely recommend it.
