The delivery was postponed to 20.06 – day X. It's the child's birthday. And it was important to receive the gift on time. But you've ruined everything again. The order was postponed to 22.04. The holiday was spoiled by your service. The reason was indicated – they did not have time to assemble the bike. There was absolutely no response to the offer to come and pick up the gift at the warehouse and collect it! It is clear that the product is not in stock. You have misled once again. 22.06 my wife took the order, I was absent in Minsk. Next, a new jamb was discovered – a bicycle with a wheel size of 16 was brought. I called your CC – I was advised to postpone the request for a replacement \ refund and there will be feedback within 48 hours. He did so – on 28.06 he left the appeal – and silence. It's been more than 48 hours. - 01.07 I left a new one – until I called the CC myself, no feedback. Yesterday, the answer came first – the exchange was agreed. And silence again. I received a message that they would bring me on 05.07 in the afternoon, when I was at work. No one agrees on anything - random. And on 05.07, the girl called back and said that the bike had not been loaded and I'm sorry. After my new requests, the goods were replaced with grief on the floors on 06.07. The courier offered me to pay 30 rubles extra for the order. But without finding out anything on the phone, he changed his bike and left. After his departure, it turned out that the bell on the bike was not working, the handbrake was not fixed. And I had a question - Why would I "throw dust in my eyes" that they did not have time to reschedule the delivery and rescheduled it three times. The bike has a factory assembly, this information was confirmed to me by the manufacturer. And the bike comes in a cellophane factory-packaged frame. They promised that someone from the management would contact them on Monday. It's already Thursday 11.07 and no one has called. I believe that the 10% compensation that the courier presented to me for payment when replacing the goods is insufficient for your service and a spoiled child's birthday, postponements of delivery due to the fault of the store.
In total, we have -22 days this order was executed. You have done your job very poorly. There is no efficiency, no customer orientation, no service. Someone is underworking you. I will not recommend your store to anyone and will leave appropriate feedback on the purchase – so that no one spoils the holiday for their children and does not waste their time. It is probably worth contacting the appropriate organizations to check the operation of your store. My numerous appeals and letters have been ignored, so this will be the right decision.
