Terrible attitude towards carriers. They order goods to a warehouse where there is no space and then they do not unload and do not give any information about when they will be unloaded. Managers and logisticians do not decide anything and do not respond to calls at all. We have been standing for the 4th day and it is not known when we will be unloaded, only the warehouse itself is responsible, but it cannot do anything, because all logistics specialists decide. Trucks are not warehouses for pennies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The quality of work is getting worse and worse with each order. Another order is another problem. Last time, we postponed the delivery of the refrigerator for almost a month (a month, Carl!). This time, the solution to the installation problem is unnecessarily delayed, bureaucratic. After installing the purchased shower wall, the water flowed out of it. I wrote to support, the operator offered to leave a request on the site. I left a request, a notification was displayed that I would be contacted within 48 hours. No one got in touch at the specified time. I wrote again to the online consultant (who began to claim that 48 hours had not elapsed on the afternoon of June 29 since the application was sent on June 27). Finally, the 21st century got in touch, requested photos of documents, after which silence again. I guess I'll have to remind myself again...

Good afternoon. I am extremely dissatisfied with the work of the 21st century online store. On 06/14.24, an order was left for 304.835.979 AIST Lilo 20, 2024 yellow Children's bike on your website. The order was made in advance, because this is a gift from my daughter for others. The delivery date was indicated on 18.06. In principle, they should be in time. But that was not the case. The delivery was postponed to 20.06 – day X. It's the child's birthday. And it was important to receive the gift on time. But you've ruined everything again. The order was postponed to 22.04. The holiday was spoiled by your service. The reason was indicated – they did not have time to assemble the bike. There was absolutely no response to the offer to come and pick up the gift at the warehouse and collect it! It is clear that the product is not in stock. You have misled once again. 22.06 my wife took the order, I was absent in Minsk. Next, a new jamb was discovered – a bicycle with a wheel size of 16 was brought. I called your CC – I was advised to postpone the request for a replacement \ refund and there will be feedback within 48 hours. He did so – on 28.06 he left the appeal – and silence. It's been more than 48 hours. - 01.07 I left a new one – until I called the CC myself, no feedback. Yesterday, the answer came first – the exchange was agreed. And silence again. I received a message that they would bring me on 05.07 in the afternoon, when I was at work. No one agrees on anything - random. And on 05.07, the girl called back and said that the bike had not been loaded and I'm sorry. After my new requests, the goods were replaced with grief on the floors on 06.07. The courier offered me to pay 30 rubles extra for the order. But without finding out anything on the phone, he changed his bike and left. After his departure, it turned out that the bell on the bike was not working, the handbrake was not fixed. And I had a question - Why would I "throw dust in my eyes" that they did not have time to reschedule the delivery and rescheduled it three times. The bike has a factory assembly, this information was confirmed to me by the manufacturer. And the bike comes in a cellophane factory-packaged frame. They promised that someone from the management would contact them on Monday. It's already Thursday 11.07 and no one has called. I believe that the 10% compensation that the courier presented to me for payment when replacing the goods is insufficient for your service and a spoiled child's birthday, postponements of delivery due to the fault of the store. In total, we have -22 days this order was executed. You have done your job very poorly. There is no efficiency, no customer orientation, no service. Someone is underworking you. I will not recommend your store to anyone and will leave appropriate feedback on the purchase – so that no one spoils the holiday for their children and does not waste their time. It is probably worth contacting the appropriate organizations to check the operation of your store. My numerous appeals and letters have been ignored, so this will be the right decision. You will see how many buyers write negative reviews on the case and how they made a bot that rivets standard unsubscriptions, such as thank you, we will take into account, we will correct the next review with the same negative... Yandex needs to update their rating every 3 months and then everyone will see the real rating. There are no detailed and high-quality consultations. And when you bought a product and it does not meet the stated characteristics, then the auto-reply first from the bot - type will be corrected, and then they say that "well, what did you want, we can't make a full description on the site." Terrible service. We started a bot to respond to a lot of negative reviews...

I specifically chose the time for delivery, canceled all my business, so that you would inform me about it in an hour???? Why is there still information on the site that it is available? Extras are a separate story, the schedule is not specified in the contract, respectively, they will be put to you even when you cannot. Can't you? Pay a person to get out for you or get a fine of 100 rubles. Before signing a contract, talk to the employees who work here, they will tell you the truth. At the moment, half of the warehouse is in line for dismissal, there is a circus there) Or better yet, find yourself another job.
