The home Internet is good, but there are often interruptions, it's good that they are short-term. The support service is working fine. They clearly explain and help the subscriber.

It is impossible to play with friends and chat over an Internet call. Because of the Internet, something will definitely not work.
Even downloading videos in 720p quality is difficult. Why then mislead potential customers by promising 4K movies? This causes disappointment and distrust of the company.

The boorish attitude of technical support to customers!
Instead of the stated speed of 100 MB, it outputs no more than 70, and in the evening it drops to 40-50 altogether.

For that price, we could have increased the speed.
Positive:
Complete loss of the Internet is very rare!
