The building itself is excellent, modern design, elevators, clean toilets and more.
But it would be nice to raise the level of service. The heat has already started, and the chillers are still not turned on. The parking problem is already being felt, although the building is not yet full. The security guards arrange "dumb" trunk checks, looking for it is unclear what is inside, doing it according to the "required" type. There is no cafe nearby where you can have a snack. It's close to the subway, but there are a lot of crazy rules - do not park bicycles and cars, big problems with underground parking without clear rules, but with constant refusals referring to these rules.
Intermittent locking and eternal inspection of bags at the reception, even if you go there every day with the same contents.

Great hotel! The rooms and service are top-notch, the gym is no worse than in Los Angeles, and the gym equipment is the same! The manager, Maratu, remembers us even though we were at the hotel 1.5 years ago! The breakfasts are wonderful with a wide range of products and attentive staff! It's more prim in the Hilton, but it's soulful here!!! Let's come again! It's a pity I didn't have time to go to the spa, although everyone was very praised and received awards as the best spa in the CIS!!
